I've been living at Kings Mill Apartment for about three years, and loving ❤️ it. Shae is the best assistant in customer care, I had an issue and went by and she explained the process so easy to get my problem sorted with resident services.

I love the low rent and free water. Save me money has a single mom. Maintenance is always on point when I call them.

I love my 2 bedroom apartment,it is so peaceful, I have very nice neighbors and the neighborhood is so quiet and friendly.Thank you for making this my residence.
