“Genuinely amazing company as well as their employees! Both ladies from the front desk and Dan were so kind and knowledgeable. Insurance lead me to their shop due to a cracked windshield but they’ve earned a customer for life! They reached out every step of the way to keep me updated and completed my windshield before the insurance company said it would be done. Highly recommend for any type of body work as well as windshield replacement!”
“My husband (74) always goes to Packer Norris parts for our 2002 Ford Escape. They are cheaper and if you do the work yourself (a much better job, if you know what I mean). He put the radiator and radiator fan so far. He still needs to put the tension pulley and belts all the hoses to connect to the pump area and the thermostat.It's a lot of work but at least you know it's done right.”
