They even told me the name of the person that made the ring I bought. I don’t do fudge so I don’t know about that part of the store.”

“Over the past 2 years, I have had 2 rings damaged --- one because an allergic reaction made my hand swell and the ring had to be cut off, the other was my wedding ring with pressure mounted diamond baguettes. Somehow I cracked the gold band. Both rings were declared irreparable by other local jewelers. But Ellicott Jewelers said "No problem". Their on-site jeweler did an amazing job. Both rings were returned to me looking brand new. The charge for repair was reasonable. The customer service is excellent.”
