Above and beyond customer service. Shout out to Michele for fixing an issue caused by a different tire shop and saving me hundreds of dollars as a result.

My experience at Goodyear was very good. Michelle explained all the different tires and allowed me to choose what works for me. She gave the estimated time and the tech completed it within the time frame. It was a pleasant experience.
