“What started out as a very disappointing experience with Midas ended up being quite positive, thanks to Dana.I brought my car in to Midas last week for an oil change and tire rotation. First, I was told that it would take ~45 minutes to get these done, as had an appt scheduled. It ended up taking ~2.5 hours. On top of that, after I returned home, I discovered that the tire rotation did not occur.I visited Midas a day or so later to express my concern and displeasure, and Dana immediately stepped up to empathize, apologize (it wasn't her fault) and work with me to make the situation right.Today that occurred, as Dana fit me into their schedule at a time convenient for me, and got the tire rotation done very expeditiously.As I told her, customers do remember when mistakes, omissions, etc. occur, as everyone's time is valuable and no one wants to make an extra visit to get something right when it should have been done that way originally.But, equally important is how the business responds once made aware of a problematic situation, and that's service recovery. In this case, Dana was totally successful in that regard, and my family will use Midas again. Perhaps as soon as tomorrow...Services: Tires”

“Highly recommend using this Mr Tire location. Blew out a tire late Saturday and everywhere else I called couldn’t see me or help for a few days, and then each place said it would be another week on top of that to order the replacement tire. Call this Mr Tire and Frederic was unbelievably helpful. Not only was he super friendly, but he was able to order new tires and have them replaced within a day. Once at the shop, the whole process took just about an hour as well. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

“A great experience! I needed something done to pass MD state inspection and Sarah was super helpful on the phone right away. Weirdly, because of the time I had considering work schedules, I was able to drop off my car and pick up my car--all done over the phone. They did an awesome job on my car and did NOT overcharge, which is truly beneficial for what I needed. Many times I get taken advantage of being a woman at auto repair shops. Not this one. “We’ve owned an MDX for roughly 4 years and used to have it serviced at Rosenthal in Gaithersburg. When we first bought the car I did have this dealership (Norris Acura at the time) install the tow hitch and handle a few other items that fell under warranty. Shortly after that, simply because it was closer to home, we decided to just take it to Rosenthal or even Chevy Chase Acura. That said, I always found both to be high priced and not as accommodating with scheduling us in for service. Many times they also could not provide a loaner vehicle.In March of this year we needed the brakes to be replaced as well as the rotors to be surfaced. The quote given by Rosenthal was downright absurd. That prompted me to call Acura of Ellicott City, but upon calling I found out that the service advisor whom I had worked with in the past had left the dealership. I was then transferred to James Washington and things couldn’t have worked out any better! He was professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable as well as very friendly. Additionally, he also assured me that they were going to be more competitively priced than the two other dealers we had used in the past. James was flexible with their schedule and worked with mine. That day that I brought the car in he provided me with a nice loaner so that I could head back to work. His technician worked quickly, but also did excellent work (brakes stop on a dime). They also finished ahead of schedule which is always appreciated. On top of already having a rate that was 20% or so less than Rosenthal, James took it upon himself to apply an additional service coupon which helped bring the bill down even more. I really appreciated his desire to earn our business!Six months later I brought the car in today to have an accessory item installed, but was also having issues again with the battery. Unfortunately we’ve had a number of issues over the years with the Acura OEM batteries failing sooner than expected on this car (this is now the 3rd), so I just assumed the battery was under warranty and would be replaced at no cost as it had been prior. Unfortunately the Acura extended warranty department did not want to replace this one. But before James could share the bad news he informed me that him and his service manager would replace it at no cost as a courtesy on their part. What an extraordinary level of customer service that was exhibited right there! Before I could even feel disappointed knowing that I was going to be out a few hundred for something I figured would be covered, they proactively took it upon themselves to simply do the right thing! Well done gentlemen—for as long we own an Acura you’ve earned a life long customer!”

I called early in the morning on my way to work about replacing my break light and I was told to come on in and they would take care of it. I had my own light bulb so he replaced it without charging me. My past experience with this place years ago was also a good experience. Thanks again!!!”

“What a professional, friendly, and easy transaction that I had at Miller Brothers Chevrolet. It started with a phone call to sales manager, Joe Wyatt, and it could not have gone better. He was super knowledgeable, understood exactly what I wanted, and was upfront and fair in terms of what the dealership could do to meet my needs. The vehicle was actually in transit and he was kind enough to allow me to put a deposit on it to be able to inspect it to make sure it met all of my requirements before we could consummate the purchase. “I had not been able to get my tires to balance well, and went looking on the Hunter site for shops that use the Hunter Elite balancer. Tire Pros got good reviews and were close by.My problem is that my brake calipers don't allow wheel weights in the usual location, so most shops give up. I messaged TirePros with my issue, they got back to me promptly, we discussed the problem, and set an appointment.The tech at TirePros knew how to adjust the machine to place the weights near the inside, and my ride home was super smooth at last!Everything about the appointment went smoothly. They checked me in quickly, got right to work, and completed the work timely, even with the additional difficulty of my wheels. “Updated review:I called Mr. Woo on Thursday afternoon to let him know that my car was not performing like it should after a front alignment. He was open to hearing my concerns and immediately asked me to returned to the auto shop on Friday (1/20/23). When I arrived, he took my vehicle immediately and had it worked on. My car was returned within 45 minutes. I drove it and it performed so much better. The left pulling was nearly gone. I’m a happy customer again!Not too happy this time.I took my car for major auto service yesterday (1/18/23) at 8am for rod replacement and an alignment before heading out-of-town for a six hour drive. What was supposed to take three hours ended up being over eight hours. Not only was I frustrated with the repeated delays in picking up my vehicle, but the alignment isn’t right. My car has a pronounced pulling to the left. I’m taking it back to the repair shop in the morning (Friday). I’m hopeful that the adjustment will take an hour or less.I must admit that before this last service, this auto shop has been phenomenal with quality work, reasonable prices and a feeling of honesty from Mr. Woo. Yesterday was my first disappointment.Service: Wheel alignment”
