“Gerber Collision was recommended after a rear-end collision. The front office staff was friendly. Ian, the estimator, was friendly and personable. We both have Sonatas and chatted a bit about how much we like them. He looked over my car with me and even pointed out damage that I did not catch at first. He also informed me that the insurance company may cover a new car seat since mine was in the car at the time of the accident. He kept me updated throughout the entire process.
Communication/status is tracked via text message where you are sent a link to track the repair process. Repair and paint was quick. I dropped my car off on the 30th and it was ready by the 8th. It probably would have been quicker than that if one of the parts was not sent to them in error.
If I am ever in need of a repair shop again, Gerber Collision will be my go to shop!”
