“Wonderful experience with Harpers Appliances, Ellicott City. Purchased a Whirlpool Gas Cooktop from them. Rose the sales associate went over the various options with me, also patiently answered all my questions..so did Robert. The price was also in line with the typical big box stores. Was told it may take a month, but the unit was shipped and scheduled for installation within two weeks of purchase. Installation also went very smoothly. Brian gave a heads up before arrival, arrived on time, hauled away the old unit and installed a new one within the hour. He seemed very cordial, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. Looking forward to using our new gas cooktop.”
