“I'm updating this review because I had a very positive experience with Becca, one of the managers. This isn't the first time I've had a positive customer service experience with her, but today she went above and beyond to retain me as a customer. One of the other managers, who I will leave unnamed, ho should really consider finding an occupation outside of customer service . or personal interactions in general. I'll change this to a 5 star review as soon as the broken nozzle in the large dog washing station is replaced Broken nozzle fixed! Thanks again Becca!!”
