“Needed all four corners on my wife's Gr. Cherokee .... Went in and it was a VERY SMOOTH AND TRANSPARENT process. Job done very timely and to the penny. I'll be back.”
“I've heard a lot about this place from my friends. I'm fairly new to this area and wanted to give this place a try before entrusting all of my vehicles to them. This is just my initial impression and I'll keep updating my comment with each service. I took my Chrysler 300 for oil/filter change, tire rotation which I had mentioned through their online appointment comments section.
They definitely did what I had asked for and made sure the vehicle was returned to me without any visible marks or scratches. They constantly communicated through text prior to my appointment and kept reminding me about it which was great.
On the day of, when I went in for the appointment, based on my past great experiences with other workshops, I had expected them to explain clearly what would be done when I dropped my car with them. The responses came in quite short and I had to literally ask them what they would do. It isn't a big deal, as I'm not there to exchange pleasantries. But, as a customer it would help me feel comfortable with entrusting my vehicle to them. That would be my suggestion moving forward. They were very courteous when I went to pick up the car. Again, I had to ask them what they did even though it may be unnecessary for them to explain. Maybe that's just me trying to be obsessed with clear communication or my involuntary expectation based on their prompt text communication prior to the appointment. One other suggestion would be the speed of service. I've never had to wait almost a whole day just for oil/filter change with tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle around 8am and only heard back around 4pm. Needless to say, these are minor nitpicky concerns.
POSITIVES: They did a thorough inspection of the car and suggested additional items that may need attention soon. I was even sent a link with a picture and description by the mechanic who serviced the vehicle. MUCH APPRECIATED.
Overall, it was a good experience and I feel I could trust my vehicles with Town and Country Auto Repair in Eldersburg. Thank you!”
“I've gone to C&A for years. They will honestly do the work that needs to be done and recommend other work as well if you do some yourself. The staff are very friendly and I have always been treated fairly here. They do great work, and I highly recommend them.”
“I dropped my truck off to have it inspected thinking I'd have it back in a day or 2. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call just a few hours later that they had finished the inspection!! The place was packed with cars that were there before me & they jumped on mine right away & called me back asap. This impressed me greatly!!
It's my intention to take my truck there to have the work done on it but since I'm not paying for it I have little to do with the decision other then to share my experience with others.
I give this place a 10 out of 10 on the Awesome scale!!”
“Love Master Tech! Expert car care by genuinely kind and thoughtful people. I always feel confident in what they tell me the issue is and feel the price is appropriate for the work.”
“I had an older car that was totaled. It was for my older son that doesn't drive much so I didn't want to go out and try to find a new car. Eldersburg Auto Body was able to get the car repaired in for a reasonable price and we were still able to keep the car. Excellent work, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.”
“Needed work on an 89 Toyota 4 speed. Transmission rebuilt not staying in gear . So I was recommended Rick's Family Car Care. To my happiness they were very helpful to complete this task. Many other locations, I called did not service manuals. Also other locations said if they can find a person to work on this, it will take several months and be over $5,000. Even a dealership in the area said just buy a new vehicle. Rick's Family Car Care called around to find a Tech to rebuild the transmission. They repaired the vehicle in a timely amount of time and did some other work I requested. The price for all the work was out standing and reasonable. I was very happy to find a repair shop very honest and do all the work on an old vehicle. They have my future business for my other cars and I totally recommend this repair shop!!Service: Transmission”
“Just purchased a new truck and traded in my old truck. I worked with Aaron on the deal and the process was smooth start to finish. Thank you Aaron and the behind the scenes sales team. I'm very happy with the transaction and while I will miss my old truck, I love the new truck! Antwerpen (formerly Jeff Barnes) has been my go to Chevrolet dealer for service since 1992. I've also purchased many vehicles here and always a pleasant experience!”
“I highly recommend Midas in Eldersburg. I’ve been bringing my car here for 4 years now and feel very comfortable with the staff and with the work that they do on my car. They are very friendly and respectful and are efficient with scheduling and service.”
“I've taken my family's cars to Phil's since I moved to Carroll County in 1992 and continue to do so. Parts and labor prices are more than fair. In my view, not a better repair shop in the area.

“Sent in an online inquiry and immediately received a follow up from JESSE, guys like him make the entire car buying experience easy and fun. We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn't matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery. He was a dream to work with and I highly recommend using him, he's definitely an asset to the Antwerpen family! Will definitely use him again in the future if the opportunity permits!”
“Mr. Tire in Eldersburg, MD (Joe) was very helpful and nice in assisting me with low tire pressure on my car. As I am physically unable to put air in my tires myself, he told me how much air was needed and politely did it for me. I really appreciated his help and wanted to publicly thank him for his service.”
“I purchased a classic car from car finders. They have been pleasant to work with, and seem to have a variety of used cars available. Depending on what you are looking for I say give them a look.”
“I had had my oil changed here back in May & my truck had been leaking oil since that time & me being me I thought they had not screwed the plug in all the way... Nope they did their job perfectly!! Turns out I had gaskets leaking. They were kind to give me a write-up on what was wrong with my Veterans truck & the service was quick!!.”
“Honest and always fair. Always gets me quick. They tell me I don’t need work done that I thought I did, or that it would cheaper to do it this way…... Always appreciate that.”
