“This bank offers truly free checking with no strings. Great rates on auto loans and personal loans, doesn’t scam people like Freedom Federal Credit union does. All of the staff are wonderful and polite especially Christina the branch manager who is a pleasure to do business with. The app works great and even has a portal where you can message the bank directly to request checks or replacement bank cards. There are no fees to transfer money between checking and savings (unlimited). I highly recommend this bank. You will not be disappointed.”

1201 Agora Dr, Bel Air“I called this branch on a Saturday Laura answered she was very nice and professional.I had a question about bank accounts and she gave me the information I needed..I called 3 other branches and they would not answer the phone I left a message at one on Thursday 5/27 in the morning the Voice mail said we will get back to you in 24 hours ( really a day to return a call) well its been 3 days !! So when I said to Laura Thank You for answering the phone I truly meant it.. What a Nice branch it was Fountain Green #6418 Great Job Laura ?”

“I would like to recognize a particular teller at the Riverside branch for just plain GOOD service. Deja is my preferred teller because she is warm, very friendly, super knowledgeable, and strives for perfection. She does all this proficiency while being quick in her transactions. Nothing gets my goat more than a slow teller. Deja is a credit to APGFCU and I hope she remains where she is so that I can enjoy her services and her personality. Thank you Deja for all you do.”

“I had had issues with online banking for some time and calling the 800 # as instructed did not solve the problem. I am purchasing a new property and having great difficulty downloading mortgage and bank accounts statements (I do not receive by mail). I had heard it's best to make an appt with a banker so quickly made an appt online and met with Takeyra Pitts on Thursday, 6/23/2022. Takeyra was nothing short of amazing. She spent an entire HOUR with me, helped access/print my statements AND corrected the problem thats existed in my online banking for at least at couple years. A HUGE shout-out to Takeyra!!”
