“I have found that PNC is just the right blend of big bank and neighborhood bank. This particular branch is about as good as a bank gets. This branch rarely has long lines and the tellers are very pleasant. I tend to like neighborhood banks where they recognize you and the manager knows your name. Good branch managers is part of what attracted me to PNC many many years ago. But if I have a knock against PNC its that they promote their managers or lose them to other competing banks. Then you are back to being a number again.”

“This place is B-U-S-Y. Lots of people coming in to what is a very tiny building. I needed a PIN reset because I'm spacey and have 86 PINs for everything else so naturally I forgot the most important one. Got signed in, seen relatively quickly (book an appointment if you can't always afford to wait, it's a huge help), and got everything taken care of. My biggest complaint is the cramped quarters, but the staff work very hard to keep things moving.”

“I had had issues with online banking for some time and calling the 800 # as instructed did not solve the problem. I am purchasing a new property and having great difficulty downloading mortgage and bank accounts statements (I do not receive by mail). I had heard it's best to make an appt with a banker so quickly made an appt online and met with Takeyra Pitts on Thursday, 6/23/2022. Takeyra was nothing short of amazing. She spent an entire HOUR with me, helped access/print my statements AND corrected the problem thats existed in my online banking for at least at couple years. A HUGE shout-out to Takeyra!!”

“Most deposits are available next business day, unless it's a holiday or weekend deposit. There had to be a reason the deposit that was made, was held for that long. Usually if we would put a hold on a large check deposit, it is 5 business days. If you call my office, I would like to resolve this and look into what the circumstance was. Was this a brand new account and a large check deposit?”
