“This bank offers truly free checking with no strings. Great rates on auto loans and personal loans, doesn’t scam people like Freedom Federal Credit union does. All of the staff are wonderful and polite especially Christina the branch manager who is a pleasure to do business with. The app works great and even has a portal where you can message the bank directly to request checks or replacement bank cards. There are no fees to transfer money between checking and savings (unlimited). I highly recommend this bank. You will not be disappointed.”

“Retail banking is very hit or miss these days...Wells Fargo wasted almost 2 hours of my time to close down the account of a deceased relative though I had the required probate paperwork. So I don't doubt that people have had bad experiences. But both staff members who helped me with complex issues at this branch could not have been more professional or courteous. I would definitely consider them if you need a service like trust accounts that are best handled at one of the 'big banks'.”

“I maintain a savings account at this APGFCU branch. I also have several CDs. They offer great CD specials. The only catch is that you cannot purchase the CDs with funds from your APGFCU account. It has to come from "outside money". Like all banks, it is very busy on Saturday mornings. There are plenty of bank tellers. They are friendly and respectful. Today, they had 2 staff working for new accounts. Parking is plenty. They have both walk up and drive thru ATMs. I have not had any problems banking here. Pro: Great CD rates. Friendly staff. Con: Must use "outside money" to be eligible for high yield CDs.”
