“Overall for me, it had been peaceful and relaxing. Maintenance is a little slow and ready for quick fixes but overall ok. Laundry areas could use updating. The office staff has been amazing so far.”
“I've been moved in for 5 days and I love it! The townhomes are very spacious, clean, respectful, and quiet. The neighbors are very nice and the staff at the leasing office are very nice and helpful as well. Maintenance are fast, respectful, and on call whenever you need them. I give this place a 10/10!”

“HH Mid-Town is a building with a great amount of common space . The shower has amazing water pressure . For the most part , I would recommend this place to people if asked . Lei and Trin help us to make the building feel homely as well .”

Location? Locust Point is unbeatable—walk to groceries, bars, and the waterfront. It’s city living with a neighborhood vibe. Downsides? Rent’s on the pricier side, parking can feel steep, and you might catch a little city noise here and there.
Still, for the views, vibe, and convenience? 4/5 stars. Anthem House knows what’s up.”

One of the best parts of living here is Mr. Larry Perkins-a gregarious and helpful maintenance man.

“I'm leaving this from a private account because I don't want to be reached out to... It's just after reading through some of the other reviews, I wanted to give my honest and unbiased opinion as a tenant who has been here for a few years now and has seen the change in management. There definitely has been a little bit of turnover in the last few months, the old manager and leasing team seemed a bit all over the place and unsure/overwhelmed with a lot of broken promises, I will be honest. However, there is an entirely new staff downstairs who I have gone down and met and after speaking with them have been doing their job for a while now and you can tell they genuinely care about cleaning up the mess that was left before them. I don't think it's fair for them to be shamed for things they have no control over due to the poor management before them. I've seen the package room cleaned and have apartment numbers written on it for organization. The new leasing member, Trinity, has quite literally pulled out every single package out of the lockers just to find one for me due to Amazon's carelessness. She and her colleague also always speak when I walk by and are extremely friendly. Please take note that I truly don't believe the poor reviews reflect the new team here. I had an issue where the old manager never posted my $500 credit for a referral I gave, went down to the office and it was resolved that same day. I plan to renew my lease when it's up in May with the added trust and kindness of the new team and encourage you to keep this in mind when reading through the reviews.”

“Everyone in the leasing office is so nice that they help us a lot! I’m glad to meet Tedsa, Justin, Keycia . Their service is always prompt and thorough. Especially Justin helps me and my roommate on Aug 22, the first day we came carlyle and inquired about the availability. We made friends with Tedsa, who is really kind and helpful! Keycia also have took her time to lead me to get some tissue in social lounge. We had a really joyful time with them!! Highly recommended Carlyle Apartment!!!!”
“So far so good!!! I could have give this a 5 star. I been living hear for six months now. The only problem is when people smoke in the hallway or in there place, the smell gets in my apartment and I dont like it bec there times my daughter come visit me. The smell will get on her or we inhale it and im not a smoker at all. It can be frustrated at times.”
“The office is kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. The maintenance crew is really helpful, friendly and they work quick. The office is also quick to react to concerns and really listens to their residents. Overall, a really great place to live.”
“I initially faced some pest issues with subletting when I first moved in, but Gabby from the leasing office has been very supportive. She’s helping me transfer to a new room, even taking the time to walk through it with me to make sure everything is in order. Gabby is incredibly open in her communication, which is making the whole process smoother, and she brings a positive vibe to the entire community. The staff here are responsive and are making the process easier for me. The neighborhood feels safe, and if you’re studying at Homewood, this place is worth considering.”

“If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, these apartments may be for you. Ive lived here for 4 years and no one gives many any issues. Apartments are spacious and the team has been accommodating, including maintenance! It's an older community so don't be expecting the bells and whistles, but for the price and location, you can't beat Oak Grove Apartments!”
“Just had an amazing tour with Rocky and we can’t wait to make Tindeco our new home! The apartments were beautiful and spacious with great views. The building is located in a super walkable neighborhood with the marina, stores, restaurants and parks nearby. Touring with Rocky was exceptional. She took her time with us and she was personable, informative and friendly which made us feel right at home. We also got to meet a few tenants and they told us how much they loved living there. Thanks again for your time, Rocky!”

The townhouse was beautiful, and very clean. The kitchen is beautiful, even tho it’s on the smaller side but I still get all the functionality I need. The rooms and bathroom were very spacious, and the open floor plan is beautiful. the floors were in amazing condition, and the carpet. I would recommend people to move in here!!”

“my community is a great one and i express this with deep sincerity. nothing and i mean absolutely nothing is either too big nor too small for both my property manager and professional maintenance technicians to handle. i have lots of confidence and comfort living on this property. He is great at keeping the community as efficiently up and running smoothly. my community is as suburbs as they come dog walks, nice quiet walks and a warm quiet setting.
