“My husband is hands down a Shooters supporter, has been for years. Employees are always welcoming and helpful.I would have love to give 5 stars. However, my biggest challenge and frustration is not having enough 5-6x.sizes. I was told thecompany does not make a lot of the larger sizes and when they do they go fast ( the big guys buy them all at one time) ughhh how frustrating …NEWS FLASH that should tell you the large sizes are in high demand, maybe consider making more of the larger sizes . The big Guys need love too and love supporting just as well as the smaller guys (seems there are always the smaller sizes in stock ). Just a friendly suggestion, give it a test run and offer more of the larger sizers for a few months.Also, maybe offer selling the set as separates. “After haven’t been to silver spring downtown area for awhile, glad to see some changes happened to the area including this new nike shop.This nike factory store is very spacious and has great selections, great value on discounted items.The shop looks pretty clean. But out side of 1 security guard and couple employees in the front, we didn’t really see other employees working on the floor. Since we didn’t need any service so cannot really comment on it.The store was very quiet, not too many customers inside when we were there. Great location, and convenient. Parking garage nearby.”
“I drove to Oxon Hills in order to buy a pear of soccer cleats and this outlet met all my expectations. One, the parking lot had plenty of empty spots. There is no way they are going to fill all of them, so that's a plus. Two, pricing for socks, shorts, and shirts were more or less same as Amazon, but shoes were about $10~ $15 cheaper than online which was great! Also, their clearance section had some amazing options. Usually I don't find many shoes in a clearance section for my size (11.5) but they actually had some cool shoes. Three, customer service was surprisingly amazing. During my shopping I witnessed some customers who were going really rough on staff members but staff members were keeping their cool and providing an amazing customers service. When it was my turn, they also helped me the best way possible. So, 10/10 for employees for that given day. Also, there are other sports clothing brands as well nearby such as Under Armor, Nike, and Skechers. So, definitely worth to drive and compare what they got.”

“The store manager, Marlenis, went above and beyond to help me and my mother-in-law process a return. A few months ago we bought a pair of shoes only to realize, once my mother-in-law left to her country, that they were 2 right shoes! She just got back and went to the store to process the exchange/return. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the receipt or the box that it came in, but Marlenis figured that the correct pair had to be in the store, therefore she went in the back and searched almost an hour until she actually found them! We were able to process the exchange, but the fact that she did that speaks volumes. Most people would’ve told me that I’m SOL and kept it moving, but I appreciate the level of customer service that she and her team gave me.”

“Am I the only person that didn't know that there was a kid's foot locker in Forestville? I feel like KFL are few and far between these days, but I'm super happy that there is one close by. So this is located in the plaza across from the mall facing the Target, next to the grocery store. It is pretty big on the inside as it encompasses a corner of the plaza. I was a little taken aback by the fact that they limit the number of folx inside. Guessing there may be a problem with theft. No bueno. Once inside, I had a return and the staff inside were incredibly accommodating and helpful. They were really friendly and had good attitudes. Good to know that I can hop on in anytime to supply my sneakerhead habit.”
