“My husband is hands down a Shooters supporter, has been for years. Employees are always welcoming and helpful.I would have love to give 5 stars. However, my biggest challenge and frustration is not having enough 5-6x.sizes. I was told thecompany does not make a lot of the larger sizes and when they do they go fast ( the big guys buy them all at one time) ughhh how frustrating …NEWS FLASH that should tell you the large sizes are in high demand, maybe consider making more of the larger sizes . The big Guys need love too and love supporting just as well as the smaller guys (seems there are always the smaller sizes in stock ). Just a friendly suggestion, give it a test run and offer more of the larger sizers for a few months.Also, maybe offer selling the set as separates. “This is a sports clothing apparel store, not sporting goods. They specialize in hats, but they do have some jerseys and other things. The person at the counter was so helpful and BEAUTIFUL, I almost had to buy something! ? There's a lot of different styles of hats for whatever team you're into, including OFFICIAL LICENCED products. I got an MLB licenced Washington Nationals hat. I'll definitely buy from there again.”

“I generally have low to no expectations for businesses in certain parts of town. When I encounter a business across town that has regular to exceptional customer service it’s always so delightful. It’s like a pleasant unexpected surprise. I had to do an exchange today and it was uneventful. So uneventful and pleasant I figured I’d say thanks. I shopped, I was able to try on multiple shoes, and I did an exchange. Almost everyone working this evening was super supportive of one another. The associates I encountered spoke with news anchor voices, speech void of the native DMV accent / lingo. The store was super clean but I think they may have recently encountered theft of merchandise. No one said anything of the sort, but they were noticing things like empty hangers and missing shoes from the displays. They could have just been cleaning though. Hats off to having regular, mannerly, knowledgeable, pleasant customer service. Much appreciated in these times!”
