No matter what the issue you may have she's right on it and seems to multi-task many customers issues while maintaining the phones as well. I am sure that you are greatly appreciative of her Extra Space as we the customers are!!!!!”

“I was really stressed about having to move out of my apartment before my new one was ready...the manager Brittany was so helpful and patient with me...she really made my day. The storage unit was so clean and surprisingly smelled really clean too. I'd never used a storage unit before and got a little confused but there was an employee there I believe his name was Brandon he was so nice and explained everything to me and walked me through it...who knew such great customer service could exist in Forestville. The team at the Forestville self storage is amazing and I will always come here for my storage needs. Thank you!”

“Needing a Storage Unit in an emergency is one thing but to be able to get one, a ground floor one at that is quite another! I do not recall the lady's name who runs the Donnell Drive Location but she was excellent from the opening of my account and closing me out! Honorable mention goes to the lady who runs the Brooks Drive Location because she referred me to the Donnell Drive Location!
