The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”

“I sent a priority envelope to my grandson for his 10 birthday in Olney MD, but he never received it. I tracked it through their 800 # and eventually found out it was delivered. After some general call backs from agents Kelly from the Olney MD office retrieved the package. Thank you Kelly so much!”
“I had a great experience at the post office. Got there and there wasnt a line so i got in and got out. You can get your receipt emailed or printed out. There is a mailbox out front. I noticed a self service kiosk for pro mailers i assume and lockers or something i didnt get to check out on my visit. The price here for mailing is fair and fast 5⭐️”

I noticed she took time helping customers in front of us without rushing them and educating about certain facets of postal shipping currently whether it be price or which countries had restrictions in place”

“Might I suggest having a separate area for people to browse stamps vs. At the counter it holds the line up for someone to essentially continue shopping while there are others ready to check out.Additionally, having markers available to write with instead of just ball point pens. A lot of packing material does not allow for markings with ball point pens nor does tape. Feel like it would be common sense to have markers available but apparently not.”
“4/14/2024. We checked the website, and it said passport walk-in hours from 0400-0430PM. We showed up and were told it was not updated on the website. However, Michael happily helped us out without having an appointment! Michael was accommodating. “Had an exceptionally positive experience with Zaon "Z" Quarles. He was able to locate a missing package that I sent from my business and quickly had it delivered to the proper address. After dealing with so many people on the general customer service line who didnt seem to care in the slightest, I received a call from Z. He completely changed my perspective and made this negative situation into a positive opportunity. He seemed genuine and legitimately wanted to help.If more employees for the US postal service had a positive attitude like Z and were more thorough with customer inquiries, then people would trust USPS way more with their mail/packages.”
“I never get the name of the postal worker. Every time I've been to mail my packages he's very cordial with a pleasant attitude. Not to mention my packages are always delivered way before expected.”

“Everyone has a bad day, but this post office is awesome. I’ve come here almost weekly over the past 10 months. I’ve found the staff and management to be mannerly, efficient, and quick. I don’t get the bad reviews. AT ALL. This one and the one in Clarksburg are the best post offices I’ve ever patronized.”

“I give 5 stars for what I saw today. Yes I waited in line for 40 minutes but during that 40 min I watched a single clerk treat people with consideration and respect. She was brilliant: one woman was illiterate, then a family wanted a passport for an 18 year old and only the 15 yo spoke English but was not allowed to translate by law, the next guy couldn't fill out his form correctly to mail to Mumbai after multiple tries. And one after another she treated them with courtesy. One after another, seemingly normal adults could not hit the green button then the red button. It was like being in the twilight zone. People that criticize these clerks are mistaken. I wouldn't last an hour doing this job. These clerks are 10x nicer than anyone working in Dulles, with 50x the malarkey. Post master should put in Self-service kiosk but I don't think a lot of people would be able to use it. I wonder how many illiterate or non English people come through there a day. Probably a lot.”
