“I was in a tight spot - my jeep overheated while we were traveling in our RV. Knowing absolutely nothing about this area, I lucked out on the great reviews here of BCC Automotive. My experience couldn't have been better. Mike and his son Mike were sympathetic to my plight and did all they could to help me as quickly as possible. They replaced the radiator that same day and even helped me with a ride to and from the campground where we're staying. “I have never left a Google review but this service deserves one. Not only did he correct a difficult dent on my car flawlessly, but the communication is phenomenal. I called Rick and within an hour I was out there showing him the dent. The other company I called told me to send pictures and then it took them two weeks to respond. The first date we were set for we were forecast to (and got) snow the morning of so I texted him a couple days prior and he immediately responded so we could reschedule. We pushed it back a week at my request and it was done a week later. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have an issue. The price was fair, the service was great and the communication was unbelievable. Not to mention he's also just a great guy.”

“Sarvin is the best in the business. We having been going to him for 15 years! We drive a 2012 BMW X3 and the dealership has tried to rip us off with unnecessary work (quoting several thousand dollars!!) I would take the breakdown of what the dealership said I needed and Sarvin looked at our car had confirmed what was actually needed and what could wait/or not needed. He also doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for labor. He’s just honest and very trustworthy.”

“This review is a bit late, but maybe that makes it even more believable. The Gaithersburg Maaco did some body work on my Dodge Dakota pickup back in July of this year, and they did excellent work. They had by far the best prices in the area - I got 4 estimates and two of the four were TWICE Maaco's price - and their owner and other office staff are friendly and professional. And it's impressive that their Office Manager and two of their Estimators are women, which is rare in an industry (autobody repair) historically dominated by men.Services: Painting”

Her sales person (Alex) was very knowledgeable of all the features of the Bronco. He let my daughter take her time never pressure her. Alex stayed with her the entire time and never turn her over to someone else to close the deal.Her finances person(Colin) was extremely friendly with no pressure in purchasing in other options. Now let me make this clear , the extended warranty he so carefully explained was great. They have fixed my car for two hit and runs since 2017 and I just went in this morning for another hit and run estimate.The customer service that I have received is wonderful. They are always friendly and cheerful, whether it's early in the morning or at the end of the day. They are easy to talk with and I feel more like a friend than a customer in a good way. They have coffee and beverages available while you wait, the waiting room is always clean and inviting.The work they did for the prior to jobs was seamless and my car looked and drove like new. This morning it is raining and I asked for different estimates for the main accident and then two other smaller separate issues. They gave me two estimates and went ahead and fixed the bend in my door at no cost. (Someone had helped my break-in my car when I'd locked my keys in and my door was bent and letting in air and water).If you want your car to be restored and want to be treated professionally and friendly, definitely call Gerber.”

“A month ago a tree branch fell on top of my car. I went through my insurance to process a claim to get my car repaired through this company. The staff is so amazing. They were always responsive to my phone calls and concerns. Even though it was cutting close to a month with my car still being in the shop, I didn't mind. One because I am patient person and I understand sometimes you just have to wait and trust the process. Two some things are out of your control. I had other ways of getting around while my car was in the shop. Even Mr. Bob Russell the manager was so kind and generous towards me! The staff works hard. Shout-out to them! I don't know all their names but I do remember a Mr. Sway and Mr. Omar. But I'm grateful for all of them because they could of turned me away due to the upcoming holiday weekend but the wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!”

“Third year in a row I have rented for my Florida trip. This year we had a Jeep Renegade. I didn't really like the car but that was not Nextcar's fault. The vehicle was ready when I got there, it was in good shape, full of fuel and clean. We put 2300 miles on the car with no issues other than running the windshield fluid out on the way home. That was not a Nextcar issue. The people there are friendly and get the work done with no real issues. Very easy to deal with. I will have no hesitation renting from them again.”
