My experience couldn't have been better. Mike and his son Mike were sympathetic to my plight and did all they could to help me as quickly as possible. They replaced the radiator that same day and even helped me with a ride to and from the campground where we're staying. I highly recommend this shop and am grateful for the kind and honest people who work there.”

“I happened upon Restivo's after my daughter's car was towed to them, following her being hit and totalling her car. First thing that happened was the driver's first words to her were "I'm so sorry this happened to you. Are you ok?" Heart in the right place usually bodes well. Turns out he was the owner's son.My BWW M5 had been wrecked a year or so earlier, and was, to put it accurately, "kinda mostly fixed up" at another shop. Greg, the owner, looked it over and gave me an estimate for taking care of some of the remaining and more esoteric stuff like airbags, etc.Bottom line was, the other shop simply didn't have the skill to do the whole job. Greg and his crew did an amazing and THOROUGH job and I couldn't be happier. Getting this thing completely repaired was a nightmare until I found Restivo's came along. I could not be more pleased. There are some negative reviews here which are far beyond my ability to imagine, given my own experience.I'd recommend Restivo's absolutely without a second thought. There's no substitute for knowing what they heck you're doing.”

“I have never left a Google review but this service deserves one. Not only did he correct a difficult dent on my car flawlessly, but the communication is phenomenal. I called Rick and within an hour I was out there showing him the dent. The other company I called told me to send pictures and then it took them two weeks to respond. The first date we were set for we were forecast to (and got) snow the morning of so I texted him a couple days prior and he immediately responded so we could reschedule. We pushed it back a week at my request and it was done a week later. I highly recommend giving him a call if you have an issue. The price was fair, the service was great and the communication was unbelievable. Not to mention he's also just a great guy.”

“I don’t know where to start. My husband of 30 years passed away from cancer. We had our first snow fall and I had to remove snow from my car. I’ve never had to do that for 30 years because of my husband. I used a method to remove the snow that damaged my vehicle. I took my vehicle to Jeff Barnes Collision Center to obtain an estimate for the repairs. They assessed the damages and found that buffing the scratches may be all that was needed. I brought my car in for the repairs and it looks as good as new. After the repairs, I was told that I would not be charged for the repairs. This was a blessing because prior to taking my car to Jeff Barnes I had another estimate completed by another collision center and was told it would cost over $2000 to paint. Thank you Jeff Barnes Collision Center!!!”

“I have a ferrari and two lambos, and I have exceptionally bad judgement, so I constantly ding them, curb them, hit potholes, etc. The only person I trust to work on my cars is JT. He's fixed my cars every single time I've damaged them over the last 5 years and he's done an amazing job. He never overcharges or tries to upsell services, he's always communicative regarding delivery timelines and service completion timelines. I'll just list a few things he's fixed for me over the last few years.1)Fixed my 458 when my dad rammed my car by accident2)Completely fixed and repainted my sideskirts on both the 458 and the huracan every time either I or my girlfriend at the time curbed them3)Fixed my 458 when a deer committed suicide and rammed me4)Fixed the terrible job the dealership did installing the carbon fiber in my huracanThis is the best guy and the best supercar bodyshop in the DMV bar none. “My daughter purchase a 2023 ford Bronco from Mount Air Ford. This was one of the best buying experience I have witnessed in a long time. Her sales person (Alex) was very knowledgeable of all the features of the Bronco. He let my daughter take her time never pressure her. Alex stayed with her the entire time and never turn her over to someone else to close the deal.Her finances person(Colin) was extremely friendly with no pressure in purchasing in other options. “I recently had some major repairs- water pump replacement. It took a week as excepted and communicated. I was kept up to date on the progress for it was very labor intense. I have only gotten work done at this location and have always gotten great service, from my original salesmen Desmond to Shane and Jay in service. My vehicle has 262k and when I’m ready to buy, I’ll be back.”

“Simply the best body shop around...period. I've had 4 vehicles done and every single time it's been spot on perfect. I've had everything from a Ford Explorer, Jeep Compass, and 2 Dodge Rams done and the vehicles come out looking better than new. If you want it done right this is the shop! I even had them retrofit my 2015 Dodge Ram headlights to LED because the factory headlights were so dim and they did a great job! Highly recommend!”
