On December 30th, my mom and I visited this location because we needed last-minute help opening a new account. That's when we had the pleasure of meeting with Relationship Manager Heidi Kouobou. She didn't just help us open an account, but she truly showed she cared about our experience. My mother, who only speaks Spanish, was dreading going to the bank because she thought she would not understand. However, that was not the case here. Heidi, who is originally from Africa, shocked us by speaking to my mother in Spanish and explaining every step in detail. Did I mention she also speaks German?! Unreal. Thank you so much Heidi for being such an amazing manager and for having such patience with us, especially the day before NYE. We can't wait to meet with you again!!!”
