This company has never made me to feel like I am a bother, instead they always make me feel like we are working together for the best interest of my business. Each time I have to email my customer service team, the respond so quickly that I am never left wondering if anyone is going to help me. They return calls so fast and have answers. If they don't, which is hardly the case, they get back to me with the answer. Seriously, this bank I cannot say enough good things about them. I feel my money is safe, well protected and maintained. “I went into the bank with the intent of closing my business account. I met with Ms. A. Ferguson who assisted me. She carefully listened to my issue and explained how M&T could resolve my problem. She gave great customer service and she convinced me to stay with M&T. She addressed my concern and solved my business account issues. She went beyond what was expected and was very knowledgeable. Hopefully, she will remain at M&T as a senior service associate for the foreseeable future.”

“Have been with NASAFCU since 1989 & my Dad has been with them since 1987. Just like any business, there will be ups and downs. What I have found though, is that the branch location (Columbia, MD) is friendlier, more personable, & extremely helpful compared to the corporate personnel; which I will write about later when i have more time, and it's not that all corporate were unhelpful, but I can honestly say that I would feel satisfied after 'almost' every visit to the local branch. My Dad went in every week in person because he felt like a friend than just a customer, which he knew the ladies' names and they knew him. Unfortunately, my Dad unexpectedly passed in February of 2021, and when I told the regular associate that talked to my Dad every week, she sincerely cried; and then today I just saw the other associate (Rory) that I knew & knew she some to Dad all the time too, she was shocked and had tears in her eyes as she choked out a sympathetic apology for the sad loss of a great man. ❤️ Now that's what going to a bank (or credit union should truly feel like)Thank you all at the Columbia, MD branch location for being so wonderful to my amazing Father (James William Dean, Sr.), I know his loss is felt by all; which I know he really enjoyed checking in and talking with all of you every week and I know how you all felt about him as well, meant a lot him too. “my budgeting skills are near absolute garbage, so their online/phone call options to ask questions are very friendly, provided you are not rude (go figure). in terms of account opening and card renewals, the proces for me has been favorable all times i've done it. recently i had an issue i had accidentally overlooked and several insufficient funds fees incurred. their policy is they can forgive up to three of those in a given span of a year (determined from the last used reversal). I like the staff and how they handle things, and they are very helpful.”

“there is never a parking space available in front of the bank due to the restaurant next to you. We the customers always have to park in the Safeway parking lot and walk over. this occurs after hours at dinner time. what can be done to solve this problem. thanks for your consideration in this matter. “I visited the branch to close my account. The bank manager was amazing and excellent customer service while still attending her manager duties.Reasons for closing my account:1. Unavoidable service fees2. If a deposit and a debit post on the same day, the debit will post first if it is larger than the account balance to put the account in overdraft resulting in a fee, (this happened all the time in the 12 years I had the account).3. If two or more debits are pending to be posted on the account the same day and the account balance is low, the larger debit will post first causing an overdraft on the account and then the remaining debits will post causing additional overdrafts, (again this happened multiple times in the time I had the account). I would not recommend Bank of America for people living paycheck to paycheck.”

“Went to close my savings account, since is was forbidden to keep. Was well greeted at the door. Alexis Smith was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me with the transfer. She asked if I wanted to open a new account to act as my savings account, as to keep the money separately. I asked, would I get a new bank card since it's a checking account? And would they look different?Unfortunately the cards would look the same so she suggested to link the accounts. So I can keep one cards for both accounts. She also updated my account so I can receive the rewards. Overall, she was very knowledgeable and very courteous.”
