“The store here was awesome, The guy that helped us was very nice and helped us very helpfully in ways I couldn’t myself if I worked there, and at the end he gave us a discount for us being nice!, I’ve been skating the shoes i bought form the store and i feel already like I am such a better skater! I got the Vans half cabs witch I’ve heard very good things about the shoes. The shoes are designed perfectly for skateboarding, they have a thick insole, good material, etc and it looks very clean/nice, I’ve been using them for a week now and they still look the same exact way they did when I bought them.”

“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“04/20/2023 approx 8:80 pm ... Took a last minute trip to grab some summer clothing for my son. The store was so organized and clean. You know how towards the end of the day clothes tend to be thrown around? Well yea, this was not the case here. Store was closing in about 30 minutes. But everything was so neat. Even as I was looking for certain sizes I was helped by an employee. Yes I made a bit of a mess looking for sizes and she just went behind after I moved and straightened it up with a genuine smile. Fitting room- this area was also very tidy and smelled clean. Nothing worse then a sweaty smelly dressing room. Cashier was super friendly as well. Thank you Old navy for hiring professional employees.”

“This review is specifically to commend Qweisi and Addie for the excellent above and beyond service! Unfortunately the PIN code on my gift card was not visible/unable to be read after the staff tried to reveal it. This occurred in the middle of my transaction and I spent over 40 minutes in the store with them as they tried to resolve the issue in order to get the payment completed. It was an ordeal indeed, but Qweisi and Addie continued to troubleshoot so that I could leave satisfied. In the end, they took my information and committed to shipping the merchandise to me as soon as possible. Addie planned to resolve the issue with corporate during the week so that I would not have to wait any longer in the store. Thank you both for putting customer experience first!!”

Jos A Bank is extremely reason and has an extremely great staff at most of there locations. I’ve been to 2 in the DMV area.”

“The BEST express in the DMV. I went to Tyson’s and felt forced to select a suit I didn’t love because of limited options. when I got home I knew I had to return it. Went to Columbia and they had everything pulled and helped me with different shirt options because I changed suit colors and was amazed at how many more options they had and everything laid out perfectly! “I give this a 5 stars because there was an obnoxious, pathetic customer in the store that literally THREW a hanger at the employee. The employee kept his calm and tried to diffuse the situation. Honestly, this is what happens when you live in a liberated country... people abuse their rights and take advantage of the system. I just wish that customer gets charged for some type of abuse because although the service industry is important, customers should not be put on a pedestal to the point where they are hand-fed everything!”

“I bought some very expensive cologne around 3 months ago. I was waiting around looking for help. No one came over to help but this guy name Andy. Maybe the other people thought I couldn't afford or they just didn't like like their job or care to assist me. Andy did not hesitate to help me. He showed me many popular sprays. I ended up going with his recommendation and I have been very happy with my purchase. He told me to come back during December because their was a huge sale. I came back during Black Friday to find Andy and buy some more. The store was crowed and Andy was busy taking care of other people so I left. Anytime I come to Macy's cologne department, trust and believe I only want to be taken care of by Andy. Very nice person”
