“04/20/2023 approx 8:80 pm ... Took a last minute trip to grab some summer clothing for my son. The store was so organized and clean. You know how towards the end of the day clothes tend to be thrown around? Well yea, this was not the case here. Store was closing in about 30 minutes. But everything was so neat. Even as I was looking for certain sizes I was helped by an employee. Yes I made a bit of a mess looking for sizes and she just went behind after I moved and straightened it up with a genuine smile. Fitting room- this area was also very tidy and smelled clean. Nothing worse then a sweaty smelly dressing room. Cashier was super friendly as well. Thank you Old navy for hiring professional employees.”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“This review is specifically to commend Qweisi and Addie for the excellent above and beyond service! Unfortunately the PIN code on my gift card was not visible/unable to be read after the staff tried to reveal it. This occurred in the middle of my transaction and I spent over 40 minutes in the store with them as they tried to resolve the issue in order to get the payment completed. It was an ordeal indeed, but Qweisi and Addie continued to troubleshoot so that I could leave satisfied. In the end, they took my information and committed to shipping the merchandise to me as soon as possible. Addie planned to resolve the issue with corporate during the week so that I would not have to wait any longer in the store. Thank you both for putting customer experience first!!”

“I give this a 5 stars because there was an obnoxious, pathetic customer in the store that literally THREW a hanger at the employee. The employee kept his calm and tried to diffuse the situation. Honestly, this is what happens when you live in a liberated country... people abuse their rights and take advantage of the system. I just wish that customer gets charged for some type of abuse because although the service industry is important, customers should not be put on a pedestal to the point where they are hand-fed everything!”

“I normally don't like to shop at Ross because most stores are disorganized and dirty, and the staff is a whole different post. However, this location was different. Although most racks were overstuffed, some weren't, but sizing was off. Organized better than most stores and staff was friendly and engaged. Parking was plentiful and easy access to the store. Great experience shopping for an upcoming vacation here.”
