This is my local HT. It's always stocked and clean. The staff is friendly. Never had any issues. Always a fast in and out.

Be aware that this Harris Teeter sales expired products. Look at the expiration dates on whatever you purchase, especially if it's on sale. For the price you pay you should not have to worry about that, but I've found this issue throughout the store.
