“Just want to say, I’m in the service business and I was very happy after I received a follow up same day after I inquired. Then after that , the scheduling, the service, results and the courtesy of the gentleman that came was so great. I highly recommend it to everyone.”
“To be fair, the staff was nice but not impressed with the service by any means. Paid $120 for an oil change, lets call it reasonable. Then I was presented a very professional checklist of all the other things that are included with the service. Just like any other good scam, NOTHING on that checklist was done. They did try to up sell but the trust went out the window for me. I’m okay paying $120 for an oil change, why set the expectation for all the other services that you don’t actually provide?
2 other guys were also there, complaining about the service or the lack of as well as how they were charged for things they did not agree to. Should’ve got the hint right there ?♂️

“The days of the backyard auto mechanic are truly over. I used to replace thermostats with a socket wrench and screwdriver in 15 minutes or less. Not any more. Today you have to almost take an engine apart in order to replace anything on it. I took our 2013 Cadillac ATS 2.0 Turbo in to the dealer for a new thermostat. $1,800 they told me. I told them to forget it. A second dealer quoted almost as much. I told them forget it too. Enter Precise Auto and Body. I got their name in an Internet search. Their reviews looked good so we tried them. Dan told me there was over 5 hours involved because the turbo unit had to be removed in order to access the thermostat housing. That explains a lot. Dan quoted an original equipment DELCO GM thermostat and housing, replaced for about 60% of what the dealers wanted. Knowing that the turbo needed to be removed and replaced made his quote acceptable. I was expecting the work to take more than the rest of that day, but they called that afternoon and told me the car was ready. No surprises in pricing, no long wait times, and very friendly people made this (almost) a pleasant experience. The $800 we saved by not going with a dealer was icing on the cake. Based on this experience, I can recommend them highly. This wasn’t an easy repair but it appears to have been done right, quickly, and at a reasonable cost given its complexity. Dan and Kharina are both on top of their game.”
“Trusting my daughter's recommendation to take my care for service at BM Auto, I did so this morning. My interior and door lights weren't working, nor was my cigarette lighter for charging and one USB port. Received a quote for at least $500 from the dealer service department, so it seemed like the right time to try a new place. I couldn't believe it! The issue was immediately diagnosed and then resolved with a new fuse within 10 minutes. I had planned to have to leave my car, so that was a relief in and of itself, and then... the technician told me there was no charge! They were so professional, kind, and generous that I wanted to share my experience. I am now a loyal customer and will refer others to BM Auto in Columbia for skilled, kind, and honest service. Today has been a great day, thanks to the gentleman from BM Auto who started it that way for me. I wish I knew his name and will be sure to ask him next time :)”
“I brought the car in with a “service brake assist” warning. The initial tests said it would be a $4000+ repair but they researched it further on their own to identify a relatively minor problem which proved to be the problem. Saved me thousands. They also identified several other somewhat expected problems for an aged car. All in all I came back very satisfied.”

“After a few failed attempts to conduct DIY repairs because I lacked tools to remove rusted screws on my old Honda, I found myself at Das Auto Repair Center after being quoted much higher prices at two other auto centers. The front desk was extremely transparent with labor costs and the work required (which I already had a rough idea of going into the shop), and service was extremely professional and timely.

I would definitely recommend Toyota Certified at Capital Plaza Collison Center to anyone who needs collision repair work and ask for Peter. Five stars. “Overall my experience at this location was superb. I did not wait long for the service to be completed. Every staff that I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I only went in for an oil change, however they did a detailed inspection of my vehicle and recommended some small things that needed to be done to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I wasn’t expecting that and haven’t received that type of service anywhere else. Thanks! I scheduled my oil change appointment online which was easy, however when I got there at my appointment time (12 noon) I was notified that that’s their lunch break time. That time slot should not have been an option for me to select online if they are closed for lunch during that time. I would like to mention that they did try to call me to let me know this beforehand, I missed the call. They quickly and easily gave me a time to come back and I did. Thanks guys. Keep providing great service and you’ll continue to have a customer in me.”
