HOWEVER, with our new managers that started a few months ago, I’ve felt a positive energy shift. I can tell that they are working hard to make Clary’s feel more connected. The location is beautiful and with the right management, Clary’s will continue to blossom into a wonderful environment. Also, shoutout to Kevin, a wonderful engineer that works hard and efficiently to solve any issues you have in your apartment. Come check us out !”

“Since we moved to this place in 2019 we have felt peace, the place is well located and with lots of greenery, Mr. Springs is very polite and will always solve your problems, the manager Tony is also a wonderful person, the apartment and well ventilated, and the community is good, we just feel that there should be more spaces to put the cars!”

I had some concerning issues but Mrs. V and Mrs. N were very patient and made sure to address all my home's needs.

I've lived here for 3 years. Very professional and friendly staff. There were some incidents but all isolated. The grounds are always clean. The new leasing agent is always available to help. Maintenance requests are always completed promptly which I appreciate.”

“I would have given them five out of five stars but when we first moved in there was some ghetto activities happening in our building that were highly dangerous. They literally did nothing. Then the crazy girl that lived here threatened to stab someone or pulled a knife or something. police came and kicked in her moms door. Management kicked her and her mom out. Peaceful ever since. My apartment building is always clean, they send a cleaning service weekly to do the inside of the building and outside. My apartment was completely renovated with marble countertops and modern washed wood cabinetry. New carpets and everything without requesting. Not one sign of pest of any kind. only thing that sucks is that the apartments on the basement level in the front are the only ones without patios or balconies. Push for a third level apartment. The ceilings are high and beautiful.”

She is a very nice, kind, caring lady who also works very hard. Other employees in the leasing office are also very friendly and helpful. We had a few maintenance requests after moving in.
