“I was renewing my passport and needed a head shot and delivery to the passport processing center.UPS Store associate Mo ( i believe that was his name) was literally the best customer service i've ever received. he provided scissors, stapler and space to prepare my documents and i could not be happier with his service. he was the only associate in the store at the time i was there and had several customers in his service but he didn't crack under pressure. I will absolutely be using this store in the future if Mo is the standard. Thank you for all your help!”

This lady in there was very professional and extremely helpful. Willing to do anything to make this happen. She said use your own computer to save some money and asked me to email the photos to her so she can edit them to save time whiles she was helping other customers at the same time.
