“The furniture was amzing, Ive never been to a furniture store like this, and as the staff were amazing they helped us look around and gave us some suggestions on some stuff. The kids loved it! They did not bother us since they were distracted by the food. They had ice cream, candy ,cookies, coffe and water all for free. And the furniture looked great the prices were cheap they didnt do a discount but other than that the it was good.”

“The staff and owner of this sweet shop went ABOVE AND BEYOND to embroider something last minute for Christmas. The staff and owner are lovely. They make their own candles (not a scented candle person, usually too stinky) but theirs are perfectly balanced and natural - and are made by women who are in need (I bought two). “I found this business online while on the hunt for a wooden wine holder shaped as a duck for my girlfriend's mother as she had added this to her Christmas wishlist. (Yes, I know it sounds silly). “The boutique has an amazing space with pillars and beautiful objects: the candles, the bottles of fragrance, the diffusers are all part of an high-end luxury experience. Not a single detail is amiss.And what strikes one as soon as one enters is the bewitching smell of the boutique. You step into sone sort of fairyland just with your nose.The candles smell divine. I loved La Droguerie scent, a mix of basil, tomato, and mint. Roses of course too. Figuier made me think of my youth. I liked less the very potent smoky fragrances which I prefer for my morning black tea.The staff is knowledgeable: we held a Master Class event for my organization in the boutique. It was very interesting ( I didn't realize I knew so little about candle care) and extremely well led by Matthew, the regional director.The prices are reflective of the quality of the products, all hand-made in France, but it's all worth it. A candle that burns for a long time and smells like paradise will be more expensive than one made industrially with chemicals in a container that you cannot recycle. Don't flinch at the price: when you buy that candle, you are also keeping skills alive, those of the people making the candles by hand and not in a sweat shop.”

“I love the large variety of colorful and types of furniture at Regency . I have purchase, chairs, sofas , tables and dinette set over the years. It's a store that you know you will find what you need. It's a very comfortable atmosphere where the approach the sales use is different from other furniture stores I have visited; they greet you, introduce themselves , give you a chance to look around by yourself, checking in occasionally to see if I had questions. A couple other stores I visited I felt like running away due to the feeling of being pounced upon by a couple of sales people wanting to make a deal. Some walk with you the whole time not giving you time to browse and think.Regency's sales people are very knowledgeable about the furniture but don't hesitate to admit their uncertainty about items and go look them up.I was very pleased with my sales person. As well as the female who was extremely helpful in the office area (Nina, or Lena) who tried many ways to solve the problemof the delivery of the item I actually purchased instead of the one which was delivered. Lena is definitely managementmaterial!! She works extremely long hours!An asset to the company. She deserves a raise!!!”
