I was very pleased with the exceptional customer service I received from Brandon at the Verizon store this evening. Brandon was very patient and professional while assisting me with my daughter's iPad claim.

I am Active Duty Military returning from years overseas and came in to get my account fixed after having issues with the Verizon store in Woodbridge on the Prince William Parkway. Cesar was the one to help me and he was amazing. Not only did he fix my account but he was very patient, knowledgeable, professional, and even apologetic for what the other Verizon associate at the other store did to me.If you need anything I’d highly recommend going in and asking for him. It’s good to know that we have reliable reps for Verizon right outside of Andrews AFB for our military members.

Initially I was disappointed because I discovered this particular location was for phones only, and not to pick up FIOS equipment replacement orders. Guess that's a trip for tomorrow. I did, however, upgrade my plan; something I needed to do, and I finally replaced my Samsung Galaxy 7; something I really needed to do. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Matt is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. In the middle of a storm, with a toddler, I was returning a trade in device, he was very irritable, moving extremely slow and declined my service due to lack of patience. Now I have to return to that same store, another day, with the busy schedule that I have, and the close store hours Verizon has. I am a new customer and if this is how Verizon treats its customers, I’ll be leaving.

Went to get an upgrade on the phone. The wait time was horrible (we waited over an hour until we were seen). There were 2 managers and 3 reps on the floor, which wasn’t enough with the amount of people going into store. At some point, there was no one accept the one rep that was helping us so he got interrupted and pulled away from us to gel sign other people to be in line. On the other hand, the rep Jeremy was really helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. You might want to consider making an appointment if it’s an option to avoid unnecessary wait time.

I definitely received service worthy of 5 stars from Tiara. Android user in town visiting my daughter, I dropped my cell and cracked the screen. We walked into Verizon and was seen without a wait. Switched to the iPhone 14. Android transfer gave a little fight but I was able to get everything that I needed transfered to the iPhone. Decided to upgrade my tablet to an iPad as well. Gave it a week before posting my review but I have zero regrets.

After verizon denied any wrongdoing when i add a new line in my account. I have closed all of my verizon account and have consider (NO MORE Verizon) for myself or any family members in the near future...
