There isn't someone up front to sign guest in so you end up standing at the front of the store not knowing where to go or how many people are waiting ahead of you, which helps if you need to decide whether sign in or come back later. The techs are very helpful.
Horrible experience at this Verizon. We waited in line for 2 hours and they kept helping the people behind us. Super frustrating. To top this off the staff was hugging costumers with no regard for the prevention of COVID. I will never be back to this store.
