“Today I went to the Lab corp in Med Star medical building in Upper Marlboro Maryland. I. was suppose to have my blood drawn two weeks ago I HATE NEEDLES but I found the courage to go in the office to get bloodwork, that had been ordered I was called in the back, I said to my said self Ok I can do this, I was like, here I go!! But sat down the tourniquet was placed on my arm and I closed my eyes ready for the pain and less than 5 seconds it was over that quick I ask Ayesha are we done, she said yes we are all done she did a great job!! and truly a professional and expert in phlebotomy Thank you for a pleasant experience today”
“I’ve had an overall positive experience in the past few years I’ve been going. Normally I try to schedule an appointment because it’s faster. Scanning the QR code for check in is fast. Sometimes walk in can be a longer wait. I go for myself and my family. Had a very good experience today. My seven year old was nervous about having blood drawn because another tech at a different facility had blown her vein. Even with my daughter resisting the blood draw this time, the tech got the vein and once my daughter calmed down from worrying she’d have the same experience, my daughter said “I only want to go to this place if I need to get a needle again”. So I am glad this tech was able to rectify what went wrong for my daughter’s unfortunate previous experience and give my daughter a more positive experience. Thank you”

The staff greeted me with a smile and directed me to the auto registration which I thought was a great idea to save time. My blood was taken by a very professional staff.”

“I was on vacation and sprained my ankle. The people were polite and professional. I had a long wait as a walk-in, but other people had called in and saved a place so you would be better off doing that. The doctor was kind and once I was in the exam room things moved rather quickly.”

“Due to various change in plans, I rushed myself over to this location to get my drug screening done for my new career on the same day I received my paperwork. I was told this location closes at 3:30 PM. I arrived at 3:14 PM without an appointment, and the system was informing me that I cannot be seen without an appointment as there is no more room for walk-ins. Tasha Smith however, came out to greet me and helped see through all my needs even though there should have been no time for me. She gave me very fast, quick, and efficient instructions on what I needed to do. I was in-and-out within 5 minutes and Tasha Smith was extremely professional and efficient. I highly recommend this place to get your work done due to the effects of Ms. Smith.”
