I have had to work with the service department a lot over the past couple years resolving various issues on my Grand Cherokee, and I want to give high accolades to Mike Porter, the Service Manager at Ourisman. He is incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. I am grateful to have him as a resource as I navigate the challenges with repairing and maintaining my Jeep. Honorable mentions to Dave, the Service Director, Jason and Jacob, the Sales Managers, and David the Salesperson. All of them are incredible people that offer great customer service. I am always impressed that they are willing to keep on dealing with me no matter what I need. Thanks!

A year ago in August I took my dodge journey here for a pre trip check up. I had been getting my 10 years old car serviced here for about seven years. They seemed friendly courteous and efficient so I kept coming back. On three occasions I was told my car needed new rotors and break pads. I always complied and payed the big price. First time they were replaced seemed reasonable due to mileage on car, After that replacement the breaks screeched everytime I came to a stop. I called about this and was told it was normal and would go away soon. It didn't. Then they told me the only fix they could recommend is to replace them again. Well I just paid $1200 and I wan't going to do that. So now here comes the third time I'm told rotors and pads need to be replaced. August 2022. Mind you this is the third time and the car has 60 thousand miles on it. Seems like a lot of brake rotor replacement in that time frame. They did the work and I paid another big bill thinking all is well and brakes are good . We went off on our trip and as soon as the car got up to 60 miles an hour there was a bad shimmy. We took this car back to Ourisman dodge three times to get this problem fixed. First they said it was because of the tire rotation and they could put the tires back and that would fix it. Every time we went there they managed to break something else like my control panel which they didn't even tell me about until I drove out of there and noticed it was not working. we said we thought we had an electrical problem because our new battery was going dead frequently. Turns out it was the back up camera we installed and they were too dumb to tell us that was the problem. Soon as we un plugged it the problem was fixed. Back to the brakes. After three failed attempts inc luding telling us we don't need new tires then we are told we do need new tires to fix the shimmy and that will fix the shimmy. The new tires did not fix the problem and we probably didn't even need them. They were Michelin with 30 thousand miles on them. We then in desperation, went to a local highly regarded garage in my neighborhood to have them take a look. Rotors and pads were burnt and badly worn in just a year. They had not been installed properly and the car had not been balanced. They replaced both rotors and pads and the car runs fine now. Of course I had to pay them another thousand dollars for that plus the window washer was broken since the last trip to Ourisman dodge. Conclusion the service here is terrible costly incompetent and I will never go here again, Suggest others heed my advice. Pretty pathetic a dealership doesn't have competent mechanics or service managers.Sandra Marshall

Very good vehicle buying experience. I purchased a new Jeep from Mitch Stainback, and the process was straightforward. When I went to actually pick up the vehicle, that in-person process took MUCH longer than expected, but a large chunk of the time was due to the interactions in a windowless door-closed room down a hall with the legal/financial guy.I also got less for my trade-in than I was planning, (especially since there are about 276 other dealerships within walking distance) but at that point I had been there for a while, and just wanted to go home, so I didn't even try to negotiate. Maybe that was part of the sales strategy... But, it wasn't a horrible or low-ball offer, and I'm more annoyed at myself for not at least trying to get more.Overall, the dealership is fine, and I highly recommend Mitch. He was professional, yet also very friendly.

I visited this dealer and was in a tight spot with a Jeep I have owned for only 5 months! I knew I was upside down, but these guys worked hard to make it happen! Calvin Reed worked hard and presented every offer I made no matter how ridiculous they were! I think they were relieved when I left the first night, but I returned again the next day! Calvin welcomed me and got to work to make it happen. If you're looking for a Chrysler product, look up Calvin Reed! He will work with you and make it happen.

60 days after the pyrchase of the M6 BMW at full asking, I do not have a title or registration, and am no longer legally allowed to drive the car. To say that Aline, Mark, and Mitch have botched this is too kind. Zero apologies. Zero follow through. Worst car dealership Ive done business with in my entire life. Avoid like the plague if you plan to DRIVE your freshly purchased vehicle. What a terrible company. I sincerely hope they go out of business.

Good Morning, I want to thank the Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership for the service. Yesterday, I visited the dealership for a auto repair. Mr. Bridgett was my service tech. Mr. Bridgett was so personal and professional. He took charge and had my jeep diagnosed. They found a small oil leak, Mr. Bridgett kept me informed of the repair and explained the repair. He gave me a time the repair would take. The whole experience was easy and smooth. This is customer service. It was great to meet Mr. Bridgett . He is a great asset to the Ourisman dealership. Mr. Bridgett thank you for your professionalism. I'm a very pleased customer. Thanks to all.

I have had multiple great experiences buying Jeeps from Mitch and the team at Ourisman. He's the best and you're in great hands with him. Carlita who handles titling has been super helpful since I'm out of state. Unbeatable price and service. Lots of places to buy in MD and VA but they have proven to be the best time and time again.

Needed to have our Ram 1500 Promaster serviced as it was leaking oil. Went with my wife to the service counter and reviewed what services we wanted. My wife was concerned about dealer prices, but turns out no issue there. Got the oil change and tire rotation, dealer fixed the oil housing leak under warranty. Glad to have this dealer nearby the next time we need service done.

I saw a car I liked online. I called and asked about pricing. I was told I would be able to get the car for a negotiated price. I confirmd several times that the price we agreed on would be all-in and including fees. I even explained I would not be finanacing and told that this was OK wiyh the price. I live about 2 hours away and on my way over the manager sent me the write up and the car would be $7k more!!!!!! Totally not acceptable! I am upset because I am already half way there. Complete waste of my time and day. Look at the ridiculous fees!

Horrible. Sexist , rude, and abhorrent lack of customer service. I can't even begin to fathom the pig-like things overheard while waiting at the service department. In front of me one of their agents laughed at another worker , telling him to help a difficult customer since they didn't apparently remember to "wear their skirt and shave their legs so that they could bend over and take it". Other female customers were visibly u comfortable , and this man continued making crass remarks for the excruciating half hour I was in there. On top of that, they refused service twice saying they didn't have time for me or the parts, when I had booked with them via telephone and confirmed availability beforehand. Not even exaggerating, since we had been considering trading In The vehicle anyhow , we sold our ram promptly after this and traded in at the Chevy dealership across the street (which was the most pleasant and respectful experience I've ever had at a dealership)

First, when I walked in, nobody acknowledged me or cared to stop their private convo to speak. They scheduled me to come in at 7 am, just to tell me when I get there that they won't be able to see me until next week. Then he tells me I can leave the car there and they'll "try" to get to it but follows up with the part they might have to order is restricted and cannot be ordered for another week. The worst service and a waste of my time.

I waited 2 hrs 15mins for an oil change and tire rotation that NEVER came. They knew I was waiting with my truck, but no indication of how long I'd be waiting. I was at least another 45mins out before my turn. It's obvious that waiting customers aren't given any consideration.

Trash responsiveness. Whatever department I try to call and talk to someone no one is available to talk and it goes straight to voicemail.Update- don't try to message them either- you still won't be helped

!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM OURISMAN OF CLARKSVILLE !!!!! THE MECHANICS THERE APPARENTLY ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ON HOW TO LIFT DODGE VEHICLES WITHOUT DAMAGING THEM !!!!!First warranty work my car has ever needed and the incompetent mechanic, Josh, they had do the work damaged my cars body by not lifting it by the lifting points as specified by Dodge, left the bolts on the rear hub loose, damaged the inner axle seal, damaged the axles tone ring, damaged the parking brake cable and when I brought it to the attention of the General Manager Jeff Borakove he cussed me out and told me to get off his lot! What Jeff Borakove didn't know was my cars dash camera recorded his entire little fit, along with him admitting his mechanic Josh did in fact damage my car.My insurance company is covering the damages and they said they'd recover from Ourisman Dodge of Clarksville by simply not paying claims to the dealers body shop untill they recoup the cost of the damages done to my car.See Jeff Borakove, I TOLD you that you would pay to fix the damages caused by your mechanic Josh. This is some of the damage caused by Josh at Ourisman that Jeff Borakove somehow thinks his dealership isn't responsible for. Too bad for Jeff my insurance company says otherwise.STAY AWAY FROM OURISMAN DODGE OF CLARKSVILLES SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!THEY HAVE A 1 STAR RATING FOR A REASON!!!!!

(UPDATE) Not a fan of the redecorating. The business area is uncomfortable and noisy. One of the best, even under COVID-19 restrictions. The key to waiting customers is managing their expectations. The Service Department did this well.
