“We were about to take a day road trip. When we got into our 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV, the service light was on. We tried to bring the car to our local Chevy dealer, but they did not have an EV tech until next week. We searched and found Koons Chevy. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, they told us to come in. Kacey took us immediately and was so helpful. She was able to communicate with their 2 EV techs and was able to get our car in ASAP. Apparently we only needed 2 software updates. They were able to attend to the car while we waited-which only took about 1 1/2 hrs. Kacey communicated with us regularly and helped get our car completed las quickly as possible. Highly recommend Koons Chevy and specifically Kacey!”

“I had taken my Rogue to 2 other mechanic businesses before here and they didn't fix my problem. I decided to take it to Antwerpen and my service tech was Jeff Duckworth and he was amazing, he kept me informed, called when he said he would and made me feel good about my car being there. Fran was the mechanic and he really did a good job because didn't know if my car would run again. I'm pleased to say got my Rogue back running and all the problems were fixed
