She was patient and super friendly. She went above and beyond to help my friend and I which I so appreciated her service because that is very hard to come around nowadays in retail.Dori Lyons was very friendly and helpful when I was making my purchases. She asked the right questions and was very knowledgeable. She has great customer service skills.Overall, I will def be coming back to this location.”

“I wanted to give a shout out to Alexis Mrozinskas, the manager of this location. I live all the way in New Hampshire and had an issue with the New Balance Factory store here and somehow Alexis got involved and she was so kind and helped me resolve my issue when workers at the store in New Hampshire were unwilling to help. Her customer service was over the top great, I can only imagine how good her employees are. I would rather be able to go to this store then my own!”
