They have provided us multiple machines at 4 different companies for the past 25 years, from DC to Balto and their service, prices and professionalism is outstanding. If your copier or scanner is down they are on site to repair w/in hours, no questions asked. My scanner went down this AM in the middle of our annual audit and Mr. Larry got the IT "pro from dover", Mr. Jarrod, to take over our computers and copier and fix the problem in minutes. “This location will have my business so long as I'm living anywhere in the area. I've been using them for 8+ years now and never had an issue. I had a major problem today with a company I was returning an item to claiming that it had never been shipped or scanned for tracking. Of course I'd misplaced my receipt from Parcel Plus showing that I had shipped the item for return. I called up Parcel Plus and spoke to Kevin who went above and beyond to help me with the time sensitive return. After a few phone calls and screenshots in emails, it seems that the issue is sorted out (fingers crossed!!). I couldn't have done it without the assistance of the wonderful employees at this location.”
“Needed some items notarized it was an easy process to make an appointment online. Plenty of availability, easy to modify my appointment time and affordable. I had a young lady assist me and she was friendly, professional and helpful with notarizing my requested documents. It's $6 for the first signature and $4 for every signature afterwards. I would def return to this location again if needed!”
