Horrible customer service. There is no return or exchange for anything that is on sale.

I don't know who trains the associates here but they could not be more unwelcoming. We've now visited this store several times and it's always the same. They also close very early frequently. The Boss Outlet in Lancaster Pa is so much better , hard to imagine it's the same company.

They are suppose to open at 11am. im still waiting at 12:41and the store stillHas still not opened.
