“I was so glad to when my aunt told me about Patrick! I moved from the east side over 20 years ago, but had been driving all the way back to Moravia Rd to go to the shop I was familiar with (I'm in Randallstown now). I have been going to Patrick's shop for about 5 years now and he is fair and very good at what he does. Even when I bought a near historic car that had been sitting for years, he quickly got it road worthly and thru inspection for a very reasonable price. I trust is word and his work.”

Every time I come she takes care of my vehicle and me with a smile and excellent customer service. You might as well get the lifetime alignment if you ever need one. That’s what Ming recommended to me and it’s my second alignment and it has paid for itself. This is the best Firestone in the city. Come and see for yourself.”
“I’ve come to enjoy the staff here. First off, I have only gone to the dealerships for my maintenance and repairs. However, recently this year, I could see the change in management at the dealership was trying to price gouge me for the unnecessary maintenance and ramping up the prices for repair work to total $1,400 where when I went to a local body shop near my job, they said those prices were outrageous and that I was better off going to a body shop outside of the dealership. I did my research and wanted a place close to home and found the Goodyear on Baltimore National Pike. I’ve come here twice and both times, the staff answered the phone courteously, gave me real time estimates on the timeframe for repairs and if they could order parts needed.
The gentleman in the front desk area are very knowledgeable and kind. I have never, never seen people who are social with their customers, honest about what they can and can’t do and taking a hard look at the vehicles they get in the shop. I’d recommend coming here.”
“We primarily use our Sam's Club membership for gas. The prices are great but the gas station can be very very crowded at times, you have to learn when to go to avoid those crowds! The scan an go feature is a real timesaver when you are at the pump. No need to swipe membership card and payment card when you use scan and go! Also love using Scan and Go when shopping inside the club, anything to avoid those long, long lines! Giving 5 stars for the convenience of scan and go in the club and at the pump.”
“The customer service here is top tier! I ended up needing to go twice within the span of a week and each time I was assisted and taken care of as if I had been coming here for years. They even fixed an issue for me quickly that at any other place, would’ve probably charged me an arm and a leg and did unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this location for all of your cars needs!”

“I have been going to Lockett’s for a couple of years doing some major maintenance (100k tune up) and other standard car maintenance and brakes. Always honest and they stand by their work. Recently had a water pump replaced as it was going bad. After bringing the car home, there was a coolant leak near the repair. An o-ring caused it and Lockett fixed it immediately. Things like this happen and it’s the overall integrity that’s important.
