“A huge THANK YOU to Tyzaya for the FABULOUS service today. Truly! After spending an eternity on the phone with 611 customer service, I was instructed to go to a store to complete my request. I arrived at this store today with documents in hand and after being greeted by several representatives (thank you!), I was initially told that they could not complete that service onsite. I was told that it was something that corporate did NOT allow them to do onsite. I would have to call the 611 customer service number...again! I was despondent. Thankfully Tyzaya asked me to take a seat so she could assist me with the issue. She was with me every step of the way and was so understanding. After 45+ combined minutes on hold, waiting, talking with different representatives on multiple phones, she finally helped me get my issue resolved. Can't believe it is finally DONE after all of the back and forth with the AT&T customer service line. THANK YOU Tyzaya and team!!!! Very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this location. “The tech is Very friendly and knowledgeable. She provides a perfect satisfying service. She asked me to allow her 30 minutes, and she repaired it before that. I had been to Best Buy and apple center, but they asked to pay $325 to fix it. Apple center said to exchange a new phone with a $599 plus taxes and service fee. I just paid $129, and she cleaned water inside and replaced screen (which was blacked out).”
“Josh @UbreakIfix Glen Burnie is 100% trustworthy. I took a new used phone in that had (we thought) a shattered screen. After helping me navigate the Asurion process and clear everything off the phone for a replacement as per the Asurion policy, we realized that the phone had been fitted with an excellent screen protector(neither had detected it) and the phone wasn't broken at all! He suggested I try to cancel the claim and patiently waited while I got the agent to take care of it. Josh made no money at all with this interaction, but I will be sure to recommend to anyone and everyone to go to UBreakIFix Glen Burnie for all their device repair needs!!”

Luckily, I found an AT&T retailer at where Terrance quickly identified the issue and checked my account. It turned out I was due for an upgrade, and Terrance expertly sold me on the iPhone 15 Pro and some great accessories, all under $100. He set up my new device in just 15 minutes, and I made it to work on time. Terrance at the Glen Burnie AT&T store was fantastic, and I'll definitely return for future service.”
