“I had gotten to an accident, not of my own doing but I was very much stressed about repairs that needed to be done, and how insurance was going to handle it. I've been apprehensive when it comes to car stuff as I haven't always had the best experience.
At this shop I was taken care by Robert irby, and let me tell you, he's the real deal.
He explained to me in detail what needed to be done, what insurance was going to take care, and overall gave me such great service, REGARDLESS of my endless amount of complaining that I had to be there in the first place.
Can't recommend this place enough, and can't recommend Mr. Irby enough either. I hope he's treated well at the shop and company! He deserves a raise.
