I bought steaks from this company and they have been good. But you have to know how to cook them. It is best if put right on the grill when frozen, then they are delicious. But always cook directly from frozen state, when thawed they taste different- don't know why that is.

Please stay away from these people. The beef is all dairy cows, on their way to the glue factory, but Capitol meets steps into rescue them! They told nothing but lies to me. And come on, who sells meat out of the truck? There's also a ton of water and fruit juice mixed in with the meat.

Guy shows up at my house trying to pedal meats. He told me he had some leftover meat on his truck that he had to get rid of - "His loss, my gain". I immediately knew he was lying from his body language. No thank you shady meat guy...
