“The Cheesesteak champ is here!!!! All I can say is that my expectations we're completely blown away. Let's start with the quality of beef, and that was top-notch, I should have expected it as it operates as a butchery shop. The combination of cheese whiz, seasonings, and a bit of mayo that was cooked all together created on amazing cheesesteak. Lastly, the bread that was the vessel for this amazing creation was perfectly crispy, a soft roll that I truly was not expecting here in Maryland. If you like cheesesteaks, do yourself a favor and check them out. The fries were cooked in beef tallow and were perfect, but the star is the steak sub!”

“Definitely go early! The crispy potato egg and cheese sandwich was so good. The bread was soft and the cheese was perfectly melted! Highly recommend although they do get busy, so get there as close to opening as possible.Vegetarian options: Potato and vegan sausage”

“I could not believe this store. People were lined up outside trying to get in line. This was my first time and I knew the food had to be good with so many people standing in line. I purchased a 7 pound Honey Baked Ham and a small sliced Turkey packet. The manager was so helpful but she sent Mr Alonzo to complete my order. He took care of my needs and brought all the Ham with him to the front counter. I will return to this store again. The food and customer service was outstanding.”

“I have purchased A5 wagyu beef from Union Meat Company three times in the past year. Everyone is very helpful -- they ask questions about when I plan to cook it and if it's not immediately, they will vacuum seal the cuts for me. A5 isn't cheap, but the prices here are fair. I'm thankful that they always have it in stock and are attentive and helpful!”
“Amazing Reuben. I asked them to do 50/50Pastrami and Corned Beef. With an extra side of the thousand island. This was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The meat was fresh and hot. And the sauerkraut wasn’t over powering. Will be back for sure.”

“I absolutely love Capital Meats. I have recently purchased a few cases from Nick. He was very polite, explained everything to me and gave me a deal. I was a little skeptical at first, but he assured me that if I wasn't completely satisfied, he would come back to my house and return my money. He loaded everything up into my chest freezer, and even lined them up so that I can see the labels rather than having to dig through the boxes to find the cut that I want. A couple of weeks later Nick followed up with me to be sure that I was happy with the food. Now that's good customer service!! I will definitely be purchasing from him again!”
