The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. “I've never had a bad experience here, other than around Christmas time when EVERYONE seems to be mailing packges and nobody is willing to use the machines in the post office to do that. The Post Office is a quasi-federal agency and can't just hire as many people to avoid delays every day of the week and year. If more people were willing to use machines, they would not have to wait in line as often as they do. I've purchased stamps and mailed a package at this post office. It wasn't that hard, and I didn't have to wait. When I've used the counter, I've always found the employees knowledgeable and courteous.”

“Have been calling the location for 30min with no answer, my package was returned to sender just bc there was no name in the box and it’s honestly frustrating bc with if there is more than one person living there. The package is time sensitive and I can’t even see about it being re delivered before it’s sent back. Maybe in person experience is betterUPDATE:Was provided the wrong -# by customer service when I called to let them know no one was answering they gave me the correct #. Once I called I was helped right away not sure who I spoke with but he was so helpful. He went to check for the package and got it redelivered to me the same day.”

“The employees are kind, professional, and they do a lot for customers. I think they might be understaffed/overworked really bad. This takes away from the quality of their work. They lose packages a lot, and it takes "months" and a lot of phone calls to track down the lost packages. To be honest, I feel bad for them because they are really polite and curteous, it's the "quality" of work that is poor, most likely due to understaffing. :-(”
