“Funny story…I pressed the fender of my car up against a sturdy, hard plastic trash can while backing out of my garage, putting a large dent/crease right on the body line. Maybe the trash can was made of Vibranium, I don’t know. I took it to a couple of body shops that quoted me thousands of dollars, saying they needed to replace the fender completely and that the job would take at least a week to complete. Even though I’d had the car a little over a month, I was not thrilled by the idea of paying that much money for what was a cosmetic defect. I was just going to live with it. I reached out to a couple other PDR places and they all told me roughly the same thing - high quotes and long turnaround times. I read a ton of good reviews and testimonials about Paintless Dent Doctor. So I gave them a call. Stephen took a look at it, told me the damage was pretty significant but repairable, and gave me a really good quote for repair - a fraction of what the body shops were quoting me (I know that’s said a lot in these reviews, but it’s the truth). He also said the shop could have the repair done within two business days. I dropped my car off Monday morning, and had it back late Tuesday afternoon and it legit looks flawless.What struck me the most was that Stephen was very particular about his work as he assessed the damage. He wanted the finished product to be great, and I could tell that he’s someone who takes great pride in his craft. I feel that he was more particular about the quality of the work than I was, and not just about the pay. I think that’s what sets great craftsmen, technicians, and artists (a great PDR technician is also an artist, honestly) apart.You read a lot of reviews saying that a place is “the best in town” and all that, but I think it’s the truth with Paintless Dent Doctor. The whole process was really easy and really professional. And if I’m ever careless enough to damage my car by slowly driving it into a large stationary object again, I’ll definitely give them a call.”
“Louie, Matt, everyone— so friendly and so honest. I’ve been to Eastwood a few different times, and each experience was nothing but positive. Louie has literally talked me out of spending money on unnecessary work; I got my oil changed at a chain which gave me a laundry list of work I needed, and Louie was my second opinion who said I didn’t need any of it. That was my first experience with Eastwood, and it said a lot about their business.Any work I’ve gotten since then (battery, emissions stuff) was priced low and a smooth experience for me. They’ve also taken the time to help me with small/random things like putting air in my tires and securing my front license plate.Anything car related intimidates me, but knowing I can trust Eastwood is great. “I went to Dentz first thing in the morning as soon as they opened to get a few acorn dents fixed on my new car. The car had two noticeable dents and two smaller less obvious ones on the hood. My car was taken into the repair area almost right away and I was out of there in about an hour. I can't tell that there was ever a dent on my car now. They're very good at what they do!”

“Excellent experience - I came in with a screw in one of my tires, fearing I'd need a new one. Instead, the folks at K&S patched it up and got me on my way again. Service was fast, people were kind, and the waiting room was clean. You can't really ask for more!I'll also say, this wasn't my first visit. I took a previous car here to get checked out, and K&S found an issue that had caused need for massive repairs and never been caught. They are thorough in the ways that matter, and I've already told my fiance this is our car shop for the time being.”
