“Our salesman was really, really nice. He had a nice art piece in our cart on his computer along with the fireplace TV stand tgat we were going to purchase. Another customer came along and took the art piece off of the wall and claimed it! We decided that a piece of artwork wasn't worth the argument so we let it go. The fireplace is missing the remote and instructions, and the Bluetooth isn't working. I trust that Value City will quickly resolve this issue! Otherwise, the fireplace seems nice quality and beautiful!”

I want to give a big “shout out” to Sam. He is the salesman who worked with us to find our new mattress. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products in the store. He took us through their process of how to select the mattress that is best for our sleeping needs. “I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”

“Bravo to this establishment and their work! I had a chair that needed some TLC. The backstory to this chair is that it’s about 49 years old. My mom gave me the chair and it recently traveled from Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts to Maryland. At some point in the 49 years, my younger sister poked at the mesh wood when she was a kid (she too is 49) as did my daughter (over 28 years ago). This resulted in gaping holes and just a tragic mess. I sent pictures of the damage and there was hope, it could be saved. I was so satisfied with the final product. Dwayne is gifted and he’s a master of his craft. Dwayne is also professional and he has a magnificent personality. We loved his two dogs too. They were wicked cute”
“My husband and I recently visited Ashley Furniture. We had quite a bit to shop for as we were furnishing our new home from the ground up.
Geoff immediately welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Geoff gave us enough space to search for things we liked on our own and intervened at appropriate times. Geoff was very personable. He took his time to understand our likes and needs in furniture. Geoff was patient with us. Geoff took notes of the things we liked and helped us design the looks we were going for if they weren’t already a floor set in the store.
Needless to say, we walked away almost furnishing our entire home in one visit thanks to Geoff. If you’re in the market for new furniture and need a helpful salesman, Geoff is your guy!”
