They are a rare find for mechanics- extremely honest (will tell you what work you DON'T need done), use quality parts (many shops use crap parts) and do great work. Also recently, Dustin saved me well over a $1000! I called to make an appointment to get my headlights repaired on my 2020 Kia Telluride because the high beams weren't working. He researched it on his own after my call and told me to bring it to the dealer because it had an unpublicized extended warranty that Kia issued a couple of years ago. Got it fixed at the dealer for free. Most repair shops would have missed this or knowingly charged for the work.”

You’ve been providing trusted care repair/maintenance service to us personally for about 20 years on multiple vehicles. I don’t know where the time goes but it goes. We’ve had multiple times of major work done here from (our very first experience there was engine repair) and also regular yearly maintenance/minor repairs(oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and tune ups) etc. and after each time, our cars not only ran like new but the life of the vehicles extended well beyond its time. You guys trustfully and responsibly price compare parts which is greatly appreciated these days when anything is overly expensive. You make sure to put special focus if cars need major work done and additionally provide a quick day turnaround for minor/yearly maintenance service.

Based on some of the Google reviews, we definitely aren’t specially treated. Your team clearly extend that to EVERYONE as any decent and credible business should. But if someone in the comments had a less than 4 star experience, please give them one more chance to right it. “Brought my Jeep Wrangler Willys in to see about swapping to the Mojave hood. Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft was able to get all the parts, and do a complete swap and paint match. Quality is second to none.

I selected this shop based off of their online reviews and later learned that Jeff Shaw’s Collision Craft is also considered to be the best Tesla body shop in the area (I git to see my first Cyber-Truck up close when i dropped my jeep off).

The facility is clean and very well maintained. Front office personnel are nice and handled all paperwork quickly and had me on my way in minutes.

The technician who worked on my Jeep has been with Jeff Shaw for more than 25 years, to me, that says a lot - a company that values its customers (and their reputation) enough to retain top notch technicians instead of relying on a revolving door of technicians.”

“I made an appointment online to get the damage assessed on my new car and how much it would cost me to fix it. Due to some construction on the highway and poor planning on my part, I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment and was completely open to rescheduling. However, the staff still took the time to look over my car damage and hear me out.

They have their prices per hour posted in the office, clear as day. As they assessed my car, they explained how the repairs would have to be done and what sort of work that would involve. They were VERY transparent about their prices, and even made a suggestion to me that, though not as pretty, using touch up paint on the roof would save me a lot of money because they would have to remove the windshields to repaint the roof, and the damage on the roof is only shallow scratches to begin with. After seeing friends deal with overspray or poor craftsmanship at other shops, the attention to detail and making sure the paint/clear coat would have adequate coverage is appreciated. They also mentioned that all of their work comes with a warranty!

Unfortunately, since I had just made a large down payment on this car, I didn't have the funds to get it fixed right away, but having seen their assessment process, as well as receiving a print out of the itemized quote, I am pleased with Slade Auto Body & Paint, and hope to bring my business to them ASAP.

Also, I'm not sure where in the review to put this, but some shops closer to me had complaints about getting their car returned with no gas or several more miles on it. I am always a little worried about someone taking my car for a joyride. However, one of the first things Slade did was record my current milage, and they added it to my printout. They really respect your property.”

Tyler is great, he did really quick work on the bike and as far as I can tell, even straightened out the handlebars and windscreen and shifter on my bike as best as he could to make it a little easier to ride home. I never asked them to do this, so I was really pleasantly surprised.
