“Friday i had visited Home Depot and Joy was definitely a joy. I had trouble locating some must haves outside of the flooring section for my new home and she stepped right up to help! “I want to acknowledge the Customer Service young man by the name of JoJo at the Parkville location. JoJo, addressed an issue for refunding and crediting funds back to a credit card. The reason why I'm acknowleging JoJo is because of his professionalism, patience and assertiveness in problem solving. What couldn't be done refunding a cancelation of service in the store, he followed through in calling the Home Depot office to assist him, which his professionalism was shown as he dealt with other departments and employees on the phone. This refunding took JoJo quite awhile to resolve but his patience and tone of voice was exceptional. Also, the problem which was resolved by JoJo on today (7/17/24) was presented to the same store on (7/16/24) at Customer Service desk, by another employee the day before, but with no resolve and unhelpful. JoJo should be recognized and his professionalism should be a guideline for the staff. He demonstrated what is missing today in retail Excellent Customer Service. ($99.00 CREDIT for a cancelation of outsourced service). Give that young man an employees recommendation.

I'm not sure if it was just today, but everyone seemed miserable being there, no smiles, no hello, very unfriendly and abrupt. Did not feel welcomed. I'll shop here again, give them another chance.”
“I brought a washer & dryer set Saturday, it was delivered Monday, used Wednesday and dryer doesn’t work. Called store to inform them and was told they’ll call me back. They returned and fix the minor issue. Dryer working properly”

“Excellent experience at Trible's. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help me locate parts. Both times I had to visit the part was not available in the Baltimore store and needed to be picked up from upper marlboro. Both times they offered to have it shipped to the store for free but unfortunately I needed parts then and there so I made the drive down to Upper Marlboro each time. But your employee Tyler really goes above and beyond. It's been a pleasure having him assist. He really knows how to take customer service to the next level. I highly recommend this location.”
“April Garison was always responsive and helpful through the entire process. ADU is where I will tell anyone looking for appliances to go. My oven was delivered ahead of schedule. The outside contractor they work with, Elite, also go above and beyond.Never go to Bray and Scarf. Working with them was a nightmare.”

When it came time for the installation we had a problem with the delivery of our carpeting. The store manager Paul got in touch with the installation crew on a Saturday morning and had them contact me to coordinate the installation. Paul then called me back to make sure the installers had contacted me. That's great customer service.”

“I had 88 sheetrock delivery and I paid to have them placed into house. The labor told me they don't go up no more than 2 steps. I told him this is Baltimore how many houses only 2 steps. Called HD upset talk to Tamika customer service. She understood and helped me. 5 Stars due to her only”

“Did U-Haul return here. Super easy and helpful. There was a slight issue when dropping off because it was a different drop off location that what I originally put in my U-Haul reservation, but they called U-Haul for me and handled the drop off on the computer. Again, super easy, super helpful!”
