“So this is how my Friday morning started (8/30/2014)....my car sounded sluggish when turning it on. I drive my car to the local auto supply store...(cough, cough...Auto Zone...). I ask for assistance with purchasing a new battery. The person that rang me up also took the battery outside to install in my car. After encountering issues installing the battery (inexperienced), my car would not start. Remember...I drove it there. Thirty minutes later...two more employees try to assist...to no avail. One of them states that it has to be the alternator. As I'm standing on the sidewalk trying to figure out how ro get my car to a mechanic, I look across the street and see the yellow sign for Myers Auto Service. I've used them in the past and trust their expertise. I call and spoke to Jason Meyers to see if they had a tow truck...because, of course my car won't start. He listened closely to everything I told him that happened before the battery was replaced and what my car was doing now. Then he offered to leave his place of business to assist me! I was shocked; who has a mechanic offer to come to you anymore? He arrived in less than 5 minutes, tests the connection with a tool he bought with him and quickly discovered (in less than a minute!) that the starter cable was never put back on the battery! DUH! (Auto Zone) Jason to the rescue! If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and customer-focused auto service company to help take care of your car (and sanity)...go see Jason Myers at Meyers auto service! Outstanding customer service skills! They have a customer for life!”

“I had my 2011 E350 Mercedes serviced by Rodney, the owner, he did an exceptional job! The service was top notch!!! I was truly impressed with my rotor and brake job replacement, left axle replacement repair, right side axle seal replaced. This was a long and tedious job but it was all completed on the same day and worth the wait. “Motor World is a reliable, honest, quick and reasonably-priced automotive shop. I have used them for 8+ years for regular maintenance and repairs. Soon after having another mechanic install an alternator, my car suddenly stopped on the beltway. It was late in the evening and the shop I normally used was closed. AAA recommended having it towed to Motor World. I was shocked when Motor World made me aware that not only did I need an alternator, but that the one I just had installed was used, not new as I had been told and charged for. After making the other mechanic install a new one, Motor World agreed to re-inspect it at no charge. I have taken my car to Motor World thinking I had a major problem, and they diagnosed the issue as being minor and MUCH less cost than expected, and what the dealer would have charged. My Infinite is now 13+ years old and still purrs like a kitten. You can’t go wrong with Motor World.”

“7 years later and still excellent, quality service!Yesssssssss, this is what I mean when I say awesome customer service.My friend needed new tires and after calling around and searching online, he found Southern Tire and Auto Center. The lady he spoke with on the phone before he arrived was sooo helpful and uber friendly. The desired tires were in stock so we headed their way.Once we arrived we were greeted and helped immediately. We asked if we could see the tire (Sumitomo High Performance, HRT All-Season) and we were told we definitely could. Once we made our way to the warehouse and inspected the tires we decided to go ahead with the purchase, as we were pleased that they would suffice. My friend has rims on his car, so he said the low profile was great.With the government discount (15%), a full set was $428.05....not bad at all! Definitely worth the money, plus they are great, high quality tires. You won't be disappointed at this venue.Thanks for the awesome customer service and quality products!!! Duly noted for any of my future needs!!”

“You cannot believe these negative comments about service, not plugging tires, etc. Sadly, some people have ridiculous demands. I have used Mr. Lionel to service all my cars for over 25 years. This shop’s work is outstanding!! They have successfully completed serious car problems sucks as brakes, AC, electrical, etc.as well as tire services. You will most likely get your car back the same day. They are clean and respect COVID safety!! I nor anyone I have referred to this shop has experienced disrespect. You have to give black owned businesses respect to get respect! I am a professional business woman and I know a lot about customer service. I have witnessed these guys treating people with kindness, while informative. This is the only shop that will service my vehicles, hands down!! They have serviced my Mercedes, BMWs and Honda. I was helped in a matter of minutes.Ask by a professional young man some question's then directed me to wait area. Explained the different amenities that they offered the customers? Next another young man came and directed To the car and explain some of the things that I needed to be done and took my information because I was no longer in the system. He was very nice. Everyone was very professional and nice and took care of me very well.”
