“East Coast Collison in Waldorf MD will be my vehicle's second home for all of my future repairs and needs. I was recently rear ended by another driver which caused more damages than I expected. From the time my vehicle was dropped off up until the time that damages were repaired, I was consistently informed of each step that was taken to complete the repairs and when the repairs would be completed. I have to shout out April for walking me through each step and keeping me up to date. My experience was absolutely amazing with the customer service and care that I received. “Discovered Joe Hudson's Collision Center when Travelers took over an accident claim. Talked to Lisa, she got the process started. Initiating the contract, assisted in working out issues between the tow truck company and the insurance company so they could even start work on the truck, to holding my hand through the entire stressful process. She was always very responsive, keeping me informed, answering all questions honestly, without any fluff. Everett, the estimator took over from there. Both the front end and the bed of our pickup truck was badly damaged. A couple replacement parts caused delays but Everett stayed focus until the job was done. The final result, our truck looks brand new. Five stars for the professional and friendly interaction between the customer (me) and the staff (Lisa and Everett). Excellent body work. Beautiful paint job. Highly recommend!”

“I’m providing this review even before my car is repaired. I’ve been so impressed with the customer service thus far. On a humble I called Classic and spoke with Angie, she was very helpful and professional. Because of that I moved forward with taking my car. Once on site, I met with Paul who did a thorough walkthrough of the car. The price was reasonable, he even wrote up another estimate for some additional work. The cherry on top for me was yesterday, after dropping off my car. The owner took the time to help me find the value of my car, so that when the work is done I’ll be able to sell it . I look forward to seeing the final results and working with Classic and their staff.”
“Excellent repair work, as well as excellent customer service. Tribe this is a woman owned business that does stellar work. She is an Asian Sistah with Asian & Latino employees doing 'beyond professional work'. One of my neighbors referred me to her and no regrets. This is a 'hidden gem' as it can not be seen from Branch Avenue. The entrance is on the Service Road. If you are not close to Clinton, this company is worth the drive. This business is accepted by insurance, however if you choose to pay out of pocket they are very reasonable. Yes she has done multiple vehicles for us.
