“Excellent repair work, as well as excellent customer service. Tribe this is a woman owned business that does stellar work. She is an Asian Sistah with Asian & Latino employees doing 'beyond professional work'. One of my neighbors referred me to her and no regrets. This is a 'hidden gem' as it can not be seen from Branch Avenue. The entrance is on the Service Road. If you are not close to Clinton, this company is worth the drive. This business is accepted by insurance, however if you choose to pay out of pocket they are very reasonable. Yes she has done multiple vehicles for us. “I have always used enterprise but unfortunately this time it was a bad experience. The rental car broke down in front of my house.I had to call for service which at that time I had to pay out of pocket for. I am so thankful that this car made it back. The branch manager stated he’d get in touch with another manager about reimbursement. However, that never happened. Britton and Angel made up for the inconvenience by taking off one of the days for my rental. They need to take more time to ensure that they’re cars are safe, because there could’ve been a worse experience if it broke down during my vacation in North Carolina. I will use them again, but with more hope that there’s a better outcome.”

“I am 100% satisfied with the service I received at the Clinton MD Caliber Collision Center. I own a 2018 Hyundai Santa fee Sport. There was a problem with their white paint application of the 2018 -2019 cars and SUV only. I received an extended warranty notice they would pay to have the issue resolved. I took my SUV to Caliber Collision. First off, I was greeted with a smile by the young man at the front desk. After an assessment, I agreed to have them do the repairs. From the moment I walked in, every person I encountered was friendly, courteous and welcoming. I was told the repair would be done within a week or two. I was provided with text updates and my SUV was ready within 10 days. I appreciated the updates provided via text. When I picked up my vehicle, to my surprise they had vacuumed it. Not only did they do an excellent job on the repair, but they vacuumed!! They offer a lifetime guarantee on the repair. They stand by their work. I cannot express how satisfied I am with not only the work they did but the service I received from the staff. I HIGHLY recommend this location and will gladly return should I ever need to.”

“The service that I received on my vehicle from Rick’s Autobody in Clinton, MD was beyond excellent. My vehicle was in an accident on September 30, 2019. The passenger side was literally torn off and the inside engine was exposed. I didn’t see anyway that it could be repaired. My insurance adjuster viewed the damage at the tow yard and assured me that the damage was repairable. He recommended Ricky’s Autobody. I didn’t know much about this auto repair shop or how I was going to be treated. I was treated amazing! The introduction starts off with a call from Dawn (Ricky’s wife). “Before I write anything, let me tell you I am very particular & VERY detail oriented person. I have many questions & I receive only great service wherever I go. In the end, if you're not pleased why would I do business with them, right?! So this is my second time using this auto shop & I can recommend it to anyone, proudly! Had done some work couple of years ago, & this time it was my bumper & driver's side door, which was rusted already. The guys took their time to hear my concerns & what I'd like even it had nothing to do with the actual repair. I believe the knowledge is everything in this field. The workers & management at this shop definitely know what they are doing! The price was very affordable comparing to other shops. They had my car on time ready, which was very helpful since I was renting another one from next door Enterprise. What can beat that? My first & foremost priority is time! & they did an excellent job treasuring my time. I don't care how the workers or parking lot look like, but I do care how my car is looking when I'm leaving the shop. I'm a very satisfied customer here!”

“I brought my car to Mr. Comer to get his appraisal on some repairs that were not done correctly after hitting a deer that jumped off an overpass 6 years ago (...but I digress). The original repairs that my now former insurance company paid for were so bad, they caused additional damage over time. Robert tried to work with the company (GEICO). They agreed that the original service was substandard but stiill refused to honor their warranty. I am so impressed by Mr. Comer's candor and integrity that I have decided to pay for him to do the repairs out of pocket. There's a million insurance companies that provide 1/2 a** customer care (GEICO), but a good body shop is worth its wait in gold. I'll update this post when the repairs are finished in a week or two.”

“Honest no nonsense business Four years ago my then mechanic whom I had been using for almost 5 years told me that my car needed approximately $1200 of repairs. I couldn't afford it and besides the amount and the nature of the proposed repairs seemed rather extraordinary so I went to Joe at BSM for a second opinion. He told me to leave my car and he'd call me to tell me what was wrong and give me an estimate. 3 hours later he called - $150 parts and labor to change a valve. Of course I told him to go ahead and drove the car without any major problems for 5 more years until I donated it to charity. Joe is a rare mechanic - He is HONEST. He will also lecture you (He told me off last month for missing oil changes on my new car) if you don't take care of your car and tell you what you need to do. One star off because he does not take credit cards - cash or check only and definitely cash only for amounts under $100.”
