Very grateful the Clarksburg Outlets have a storefront now, otherwise I think us MoCo shoppers have to go up to Frederick or Columbia malls?Needed to do a return and exchange today. The ladies working there were so friendly and helpful! Some tights I'd ordered online came damaged and they were able to swap them out for me immediately, no concerns with the discount I had ordered them with originally, just a fast easy direct replacement. In fact, this can be considered my best in-store shopping experience of 2022.This store is super clean and has a wide selection of the latest merch. It has great discounts of up to 50% off the entire store.I was able to purchase everything I needed in the correct size and color. The staff (Destin & Nelly) were super helpful. They displayed great product knowledge and were able to assist me and answer all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. Destin & Nelly were super friendly. They even helped me wrap up my purchases neatly in gift boxes.I will definitely be back again next month and strongly recommend this store to m fellow shopaholics.”

“I just shopped 2 days ago [Feb 2, 2024] and they have a ton of gorgeous selections especially for the home furnishings! Did I say they do have some nice outfits for women too, from work dresses to casual, to lounging pairs! Lovin' Marshalls, I'm glad they revamp their style!!!”
“Today I had to visit the store because I received an item online that had a small hole in it. The cashier, whom I also believe was the manager on duty around 2pm today, January 1st was absolutely so kind and patient during the transaction. She offered to look for the exact item in store and all though it was out of stock she was able to reorder me the item and also helped me order something else too. I was not able to get her name but I truly appreciated the time and helpfulness on her part. The other gentlemen working cash was also smiling and attentive to guests across the way. Overall 10/10 experience for me solely based on the atmosphere of the store especially given that it’s the busiest season for retail workers.”

“I was in the store today and was pleasantly surprised at the cute items they had on sale. Yes it is a bit overpriced, but no more so than similar styles found at Anthropologie. I would have to agree with the lack of customer service, though. Although I was greeted by the three girls at the register, one sitting up on the counter and another on her phone, that was it. I never saw them interact with anyone who was browsing in the store, and when I went back to the dressing room to try something on no one ever came to open a door for me. I do have to give them five stars for entertainment though. The three had no problem talking loudly enough for all to hear. They were creating a Yelp account so that they could leave positive reviews. I loved hearing one give the other a hard time that "Olivia Sails" didn't sound like a real name LOL! If you're going to leave fake reviews, perhaps be a little more discrete about it. Four stars for the merchandise though.”
